They are very sharp. If you open fully, like when cleaning, they come completely apart every time - a little too easily. You might like that in commercial restaurant, but I don't for home use. If you don't pull apart and dry all the metal immediately, they'll rust like mine have in less than a month. I use every day for cutting, no use for the can opener etc.

These are fantastic. They come apart so they are easy to clean and they are razor sharp. The tools on the end are super helpful. It's like having a swiss army knife especially for the kitchen.
They are very sharp. If you open fully, like when cleaning, they come completely apart every time - a little too easily. You might like that in commercial restaurant, but I don't for home use. If you don't pull apart and dry all the metal immediately, they'll rust like mine have in less than a month. I use every day for cutting, no use for the can opener etc.
