I've shopped at Beauty Affairs for a few years now without a problem, however last week my package was stolen- at the fault of the courier. I purchased around $200+ of skincare and was completely devastated when it happened, as I didn't think I would be able to get it resent or refunded because it wasn't Beauty Affair’s fault. I contacted them and to my surprise, they immediately offered to resend or refund my purchase, not only that but they included a gift! I have never had such exceptional customer service from any other company in my whole life! I am so impressed with this serum, I usually do not like serums as much because of that sticky after feeling. However, this product felt so good! In literally two days of using this mini I can see clarity, glowing, and resurfaced skin! The pigmentation I had left from an acne flare up has lightened up, I mean for using something for two days, that's pretty insane. I would definitely suggest anyone to give it a try. It's really nice and lightweight. I used this twice a day to get noticeable results! Definitely recommend to check it out!

Murad has always been my favorite skincare brand since the first product I tried. I own serums, cleansers, moisturizers etc and I was super excited to try their new Vitamin C serum. I think that Vitamin C is a staple is a good skin care routine and although this serum is very pricey, sometimes I like to splurge a bit on myself. I love the packaging of the serum itself, since vitamin C is not a very stable ingredient and can degrade quickly Murad made a pump bottle with dual chambers, one for the Vitamin C and the other for the glycolic acid it has as well. I like that it also has the exfoliating aspect as well. It has gold-stabilized vitamin C and my skin looks radiant after using it. I can’t wait to continue use and get more benefits from this amazing serum

This serum uses vitamin c to help prevent the look of dullness, uneven skin tone and hyperpigmentation; and is also formulated with glycolic acid to help remove dead surface cells for brighter looking skin. The serum has a cream / gel like texture, with a gold pearlescent ‘sparkle’ to it. I take one pump of the serum and then massage it over my face. It sinks into the skin quickly, not leaving any sticky feeling and leaves my skin with an instant, healthy looking glow. I always feel a tingling sensation for a few seconds after I apply it. I think it is the glycolic acid that causes my skin to tingle. I’m not sure what the percentage is but Glycolic acid is the second ingredient on the ingredients list, so I am assuming it is quite high! Glycolic acid is the smallest of the AHA’s and so it is able to penetrate more easily into the skin, so it can cause some irritability for people with sensitive skin. Therefore I always follow this serum up with a hydrating or soothing serum to try and counteract any sensitivity, plus I then always follow it up with a moisturiser / SPF as I use it in my morning routine. This serum came in a beauty box that I paid £25 for, including a few other skincare items. The full price for this serum is £74 for 30ml, which I feel is a little expensive. Unfortunately, this serum is not one that I would repurchase as I prefer to keep my exfoliation / vitamin c separate.

Brighter Looking Skin!

My skin responds so well to Murad products and have now found a new favorite after trying Vita-C Glycolic Serum! Love the innovative dual-chamber packaging which dispenses a fresh amount of vitamin C from a separate compartment. A small amount goes a long way. I not only use it on my face, but also other areas where I have hyper pigmentation. I've noticed my skin looking brighter and see dark areas fading. Don't forget to use with sunscreen! Great after summer

Gifted by Murad skincare. Murad is the brand I rich out because the formula and results always amazing. This product has Glycolic and vitamin C and as professional esthetician I always recommend take a little skin test before adding this kinda products to your routine. Exactly what my mature skin needs. The texture is smooth and light. Very light scent and absorbs so easy and it's very important for me. The skin texture changed in a couple of days using it am and pm. Smooth and bright.

I'm not sure how to feel

3.5/5 Stars. I'm not quite sure how I feel about this serum. I think it has a really interesting texture that is not sticky in the slightest, which is a problem i find with many Vitamin C serums. I think the glycolic acid in this serum worked well in keeping my skin feeling quite smooth over the 2.5 weeks that I used it. In terms of the brightening and radiance, I think my skin needed a bit more time with this serum. The parts of my skin that weren't actively breaking out when I was using this (breakouts were unrelated to the serum) looked quite nice while using, but there are other Vitamin C products I've used that made my skin look more radiant over the same period of time. I'm on the search for the perfect Vit C serum (for me, because we're all different!) and sadly this one is just not it. It's not a bad product, it's just not that great either. Pro's: It comes in an airtight, opaque container, so no risk of oxidisation and UV exposure. It's available in a travel size, so ideal to try before committing to a full-size bottle. It applies nicely and doesn't have an issue layering with my other products. Con's: It doesn't smell great. It doesn't say the percentage of the active Vitamin C (so no idea the strength of the product), and the ascorbic acid features some way down the ingredients list. Love!!! Tips about peeling/pilling & dispenser...

I have been using myriad products for about 20 years. This product is amazing as is everything else I have used! Some tips: if it is peeling or pilling, it may be that it has a different base than what else you are putting on, e.g. water-based versus oil based. Or, you may be putting on too much. Regarding the dispenser not dispensing evenly,  just gently tap the bottle on a hard surface a couple of times, and that will help accumulate the product appropriately so it comes out evenly. 

Provides that Glow!

Always receive compliments about my “glowing and bright” skin when I use this product (compared to Caudalie’s radiance serum that I rotate with). A little bit goes a long way and I do use it at night only to let the stuff work its magic while I sleep. I protect my skin with sunblock during the day since this will make you sensitive to ultraviolet rays. It does not really get rid of dark spots from aging but it does provide a healthier shine for your skin. I enjoy using it when I want a break from retinol and my bleaching cream. I have normal-dry skin and minimal breakouts and my skin can tolerate mild burning before adjusting from initial use. This can be too strong for people with super sensitive skin.
