It tastes alright as a protein bar; don't compare it with a typical chocolate bar. The 45g of protein it provides is quite high thinking of the energy per bar. This is not my favourite flavour, the best ones so far are brownie, salted caramel, and cookie & cream. I do see my body bulking up when overloading protein with this protein bar. It is just so much easier than drinking whey.

I love these as a high protein snack and will always love these! For the fact these are high protein (P45g) bars means I can reach my goal of consuming a high amount of protein each day I am doing a hard out mountain bike ride and when working out my arms. The flavours are really tasty and I highly recommend anyone working hard out wanting to consume a protein bar packed with high amounts of protein to get these bars ASAP!

My favorite was Peanut Butter, but recently discovered the Rocky Road and now also my favorite. Hope this flavor is not going to disappear! If I couldn't get these two flavors, I would get Caramel but only if on special, the flavor is nice, but I don't like the texture as much. I don't like the other flavors, but I have tried them.

I had the Milk chocolate brownie flavour. These were good! Good taste, and with having 45g protein you can have half of one per serve. I was having the first half in the morning and then the second half after some resistance band workouts at night, or sometimes just having half per day if on a rest day. These are a good convenient way to assist in keeping the daily protein count adequate for gains.
Bought the Rocky Road flavour as it is on special, way cheaper than Pak'nSave or other supermarkets. I've tried almost all the flavours but cookies and cream. The best ones are brownies and salted caramel. As a protein bar, you will not expect it tastes like a chocolate bar, hence, the tastes are acceptable in my opinion. I will keep buying them for my HIIT training. I do notice my body changes while protein loading. This is the quickest and easiest way to overload your protein intake.
This protein bar gets the job done, but it’s definitely not my favourite when it comes to taste. If you’re a health nut that likes their bars to be super solid & not taste like chocolate too much, then this might be for you. It’s quite heavy, which is good in the sense that it’ll fill you up. But in terms of flavour & texture, it’s not my go to. Very thick & chewy, lacks some of the flavour that it says. But all in all, it’s not bad.
I like these protein bars when I don't feel like drinking something that will end up bubbling up in my guts during the workout. I also tried taking them on a multi day hike and they held reasonably well in the insulated snack bag. Some light discolouration did not affect their taste. I tried various flavours and found them equally appealing and pleasant. The only downside for me is their high price. Overall I'm quite satisfied with these bars. Good stuff!

I am 52 years old and have been doing a body recomp since February this year. When I started I was tipping the scales at 113Kg. Its June and I am now 96Kg and feeling a lot better and looking younger and fitter.I find the High Protein bars great as a late afternoon bite before lifting and I use Musashi Shred & Burn twice a day (morning and after weights) in smoothies to round out my protein intake numbers and keep my calories where I need them.Easy peasy.
