I have been trying to up my protein without increasing carbs and calories. This has been the perfect solution plus I feel like I’m eating a creamy desert treat. It is very filling, 2 scoops makes a large serving in my opinion. I use chilled water, tap water is fine but the colder temp makes it better. Hazelnut choc - kind of reminds me of cheap yogo (think supermarket brand) but I like it 8 out of 10 Caramel coconut- i don’t normally like caramel (too sweet) but this was lovely, I couldn’t have it everyday but certainly something to enjoy when I have a sweet craving 8.5 out of 10 Cookies and cream- if you normally like cookies and cream flavoured things you would probably love this. It’s way too sweet for me. 5 out of 10 I don’t eat strawberry or strawberry flavours but I let my kids taste this one. Disclaimer: I’ve seen some of the things they eat so probably would not totally trust their opinion. they said it tastes like strawberry milk. They didn’t like the texture/aftertaste but the taste in general was “yum” Overall - if there is a flavour you usually like in other things then I think you’ll be safe with whatever you choose. It is the perfect way to end my day knowing the protein will work it’s magic over night :)

I've been using the Muscle Nation custards for a few years now. I can't tolerate drinking protein after gastric sleeve - it's not easy to drink a lot of liquids in one go, BUT the custards are amazing!!! The flavours are perfect. During winter I mix some warm milk into them and the warmer months chilled water. Perfect consistency and easy to eat. 100% recommend.

So I already have the cookies and cream tub of this as I fell in love with it so much, so I ventured out to buy some more. This time I got rocky road and choc mint. These are my holy grails in supplements as it is so versatile for any time of day or night or any temperature to eat it too! I have these nearly every single day, the flavour is amazing, the texture is so good, you only need a tiny bit water to use it with, low in calories but GREAT IN PROTEIN! I know that every time I have this as a healthy snack, I know that I am having what is best for my body, and that I am hitting my protein goals every single day. I think everyone needs to try a tub of these, and the twin pack is always the way to go as you save more money too!

Banana is lovely

Awesome stuff I have tried white chocolate, double chocolate, vanilla and choc mint. I didn't like choc mint. What surprised me though was that the quality of the nutrition varies depending on the flavour. For example, white chocolate did not have as much protein or BCAAs as banana. Site needs to list the variables as I was very disappointed in white chocolate and don't really want it now I have seen the difference Nice and thick, kind of fluffy texture. Very easy on stomach.

Best protein of my life (not exaggerating). Cannot fault taste and consistency

I went from the sample pack to full size real quick. The smoothest and best tasting protein I’ve ever had (across all vegan and non vegan proteins). I’m not even vegan but this is my new fave and I’ll probably be purchasing this for a while. If you’ve had other vegan proteins they’ve most likely been pea based which most of the time are chalky/grainy in texture. The difference here is that this is mainly peanut protein which Im guessing is why it’s so damn good. The consistency is like drinking any regular chocolate/flavoured milk. I’m also the laziest when it comes to shakers so I typically have my protein in a mug with water and just stir it with a chopstick. CUSTARD Casein Protein - Choc Cherry - 25 serves

Had previously tried this and great taste! No strong flavours so easy for everyone to love. Had an issue with packaging which contacted MN about and they were so great about it with quick response and solution. Great custard but even better customer service! Such a great company to deal with.

Delicious but not everyday

Firstly I think the amount of product you get for the price is really reasonable. I usually only have half a serve at a time (1 scoop) and that honestly does me well. So it stretches a long way. The actual product as a custard I would give a 5/5 but this flavour I would give a 4 because it is tasty but gives a bit of flavour fatigue after a few days straight. Other flavours like the hazelnut I happily consume every day but this one not so much. In saying that, when I do feel like it, it does hit the spot and taste really good but if you're only going to buy one tub I would make it something more neutral like chocolate. It is really good for making strawberry pancakes! And I often freeze it for a little bit to make it kind of ice-cream(ish). Gorgeous comfy leggings, but some design flaws (on the average body).

I actually give this a 3.5 stars. love the fabric and color scheme of these leggings. I was worried about a lighter color on the top half as a pear shape, but it was surprisingly flattering. However as the workout proceeds it does get a bit looser in the hips /crotch area (maybe it was made to accomodate for larger booties?), and you need to keep pulling the waistband up IF you want that high waisted snatched look. With that said I like that this is breathable and not too tight. I am size 10 pants AUS, so I wasn’t expecting that for a size S. I think if you are in between sizes you could size down. I guess I’m at that awkward size. I doubt I’d fit a XS! The scrunch is also a bit awkward on this one in my opinion . Musclenation protein custard

Just received my white choc flavor Wow! The flavor is so good, not too sweet mixes easily in a bowl no lumps. I added a little MCT oil for that extra full feeling. Ordering again this stuff is a lifesaver for me trying to loss weight with a super sweet tooth. Delivery fast and on time as usual the best service from these guys.

Odd Fit/Make

I really like this top except that there is something really off about the cut/fit of them. The design of the top is strange in that if you have it pulled down so that it sits correctly on your shoulders, then the armpit seam is far too low and is not right. Vice versa to this if you have the top positioned with the armpit seams correctly in the crease of your arm pit then the shoulders sit way above your actual shoulder and it looks like you’re wearing a top with shoulder pads. This also impacts the arm length of the top in that the arms are a bit too long when it’s pulled down on your shoulders but are a perfect length when the armpits are in the correct spot but as mentioned earlier this causes the shoulders to stick up really high.
