I added strawberries to this which tasted like choc strawberries (the health food/protein version) You can adjust the texture depending on your preferences. It curbs your cravings/hunger which is great for weight loss. It also has vitamins & minerals added to boost the health benefits! Looking forward to trying other flavours!

I've been using the Muscle Nation custards for a few years now. I can't tolerate drinking protein after gastric sleeve - it's not easy to drink a lot of liquids in one go, BUT the custards are amazing!!! The flavours are perfect. During winter I mix some warm milk into them and the warmer months chilled water. Perfect consistency and easy to eat. 100% recommend.

Strawberry Cheesecake was definately my favourite! Chocolate Hazelnut was a bit disappointing to be honest. Would have been nicer if it was more chocolatey. Overall, these are amazing and a great way to increase protein intake other than protein shakes (They perosnally make me feel sick) Love the texture and taste. So smooth and fluffy. I can't wait to try more flavours!
When I first tried this casein protein custard, I was amazed! I have never in my life tasted something so good and so versatile, while hitting the spot with my sweet tooth cravings. The real cookie pieces in it give it an amazing taste and texture so it isn't boring to eat, and is so flavourful. It is amazing for breakfast, a quick snack (hot AND cold), and even for dessert too! I always have a few of these tubs as a staple in my kitchen. 10/10 is a must to get.
Hi There How are you? Just wanted to say thanks for my order, I received it this week, promptly and with lots of communication, which was appreciated . The Musclenation Casein Custard is amazing, I tried it for the first time today. I only had a half serve as I am not a big eater but loved it, I warmed it slightly and the consistency and flavour were delicious, I will definitely order it again and maybe try one of the other flavours too, thanks again
This product is absolutely incredible and has 100% delivered on taste and the custard consistency it promises. I am a sweet tooth and a lover of custard and this product hits all the right spots! An added bonus being high in protein so letting me hit those protein goals. I have only tried 2 flavours so far and bought a third, one flavour being vanilla as I have found other brands to be so bland but this has not disappointed in the least. The plan is to try each flavour. I cannot recommend this product enough. Also, Elite Supps were so quick on delivery which made me one happy customer.
Love this product! So easy to make and mix to your desired consistency, love adding some raspberries on top or stewed apples with cinnamon. Perfect low calorie treat to finish off the day and definitely keeps you feeling full with that slow release casein. Looking forward to more flavours!
The consistency and mixability of this product is amazing, and I love that you can adjust it to be thinner or thicker depending on how you like it.My only issue is that I bought the rocky road flavour, thinking it would have more vanilla and chocolate flavours in it, but it just tastes very strongly of cherry which is a flavour that makes me feel nauseous.I think next time I'll be trying a different flavour.
This stuff taste amazingAnd no lumps when mixing with a forkWow has changed the protein world! I do recommend using chilled water on hot days.Golden ice cream and chocolate mint are seriously good hard not to have 2 serves
