This is actually VERY good.Not gritty at all!The taste doesn't kick in, but it is not unpleasant as most of the plant protein brands are when leaving the sweetener aftertaste. Totally good to have in the shaker just adding water.After trying heaps of plant-based protein, this is the best one by far.

I only ordered 1 during the sale because I was scriptural. This is hands down the best flavour they offer. It’s not too sweet and the hint of mint comes beautifully through the chocolate, the only flavour I haven’t tried in their plant range is the apple one but I would go as far as saying this is the one to get. It has a smooth texture in my overnight oats and tastes refreshing. I wish I got 6 of these instead of the churro flavour.

Delicious protein snack! There's not many plant based protein snack alternatives out there that actually taste great, but this is one of the best I have ever tasted! So glad I found it as I was getting jealous of my partner eating his MN custard everynight but I couldn't eat it because of my dietary needs, the plant based custards are all amazing and great texture, the double choc is my favourite flavour currently. It's very filling and completely kills my cravings!

This is a must have flavour for anyone looking to meet their protein intake goals, the amount is surprisingly large for the price.The quality, flavour and consistency are made with the consumer in mind, it’s no surprise that muscle Nation have nailed it again with this one.From overnight weetbix/oats or other recipes this custard can be enjoyed on its own or used in many different ways and I highly recommend it.
I love muscle nation products, but honestly this product did not live up to the history of great tasting products. It is not nice flavoured as other MN products. There isn’t much of a vanilla taste (more pea protein taste), but if you’re in the market for guilty free protein that you can chug down and move on with your life, then this is likely the product for you.It’s not the product that you would want to use as a custard or mousse like k was planing to. It’s more a protein shaker type of product that you can throw it back.
I am absolutely obsessed with this protein. After finding out I’m lactose intolerant I had to stop having MNs original casein and when this one was brought out I was so excited.. I tried it and now I can’t go without it! I would actually choose this one over the originals now! So obsessed.I love trying different recipes/mix ins with the casein. My fav at the moment is mini cheesecakes! They are so delish and great for a low cal dessert!
I’m vegan and sometimes it’s hard to find protein products that are actually descent. I chose vanilla because I can easily change the flavor by adding cocoa powder or peanut butter if I feel like it. Super filling and low calorie which makes it even better. I like to use it instead of frosting on my protein oats just to add something sweet. It’s also good mixed in with Greek yogurt. I don’t think I’ll ever stop buying this.
To be honest I find this a little grainy and funny tasting. Probably because I’m more used to the dairy based proteins and this is different being a plant based one. I’ve loved the other custard casein flavors I’ve tried!This still makes for a nice and thicker consistency of mixed in yogurt etc. and we will finish it but probably buy the dairy based one again next time. I do like how this creates nice little chocolate chunks once mixed.
I got 6 of these like a dumbass during the sale thinking it will be nice, as I’ve tried their double chocolate and caramel flavour previously from coles. It was a surprise just how extremely sweet this is, there is no cinnamon flavour in there whatsoever. Now I’m left with another 5 1kg bags and it’s an amount that will take me ages to get through, get yourself the double chocolate or chocolate mint instead,those are solid flavours, I’m still keen on trying the apple one eventually.
I’m dairy intolerant. So have tasted some gross plant based proteins in the past. But the custard muscle nation ones are great! I wasn’t sure about this flavour. The cinnamon. But again it’s fantastic. Tastes great in a shake. Or it works well with my ‘desserts’ i make. So I’m very happy. I also love the Collagen water with no whey. But so does everyone else as they’re often sold out!!Picture of one of my ‘desserts’. Not a pritty pic sorry. Half a pack of the jelly. (Wait for it to set) With one scoop of protein cinnamon churos and about 75 grams of silken tofu and stevia ontop! Mixed in a blender. Delicious!!!
