I teach a group fitness class and always drink this before. I realized that I always performed better (not only physically, but as an instructor with my cues, etc) after drinking Monster. Well, I don't want to drink Monster that frequently so I found this healthy alternative. It still contains the caffeine, but no calories. This is truly essential for me; I wouldn't want to do a class without it! I always drink it up before class starts and drink another sports drink during class. This one helps me be focused even as I am preparing for class and the energy boost gets me through it. The blue raspberry flavor is delicious!

I'm stoked that this is back. The best thing about this product is NO PROPRIETARY BLEND. The ingredients are listed out with the respective quantity size in each serving.
