Helped my recovery a lot. Gained 3 kg of muscles. And, it became one of my favorite supplements. The creatine and carbohydrate quality is great. BCAA even makes the supplement stronger and more beneficial. Besides, the ingredient for energy transfer works very well. During the workout I have no problem for recovery and my strength and endurance is awesome know. I feel like my early 20s again.

Used this product over 20 years ago. First creatine I had ever taken. Have been using Muscletech products ever since. Top quality products always. Does have a good amount of sugar and requires a lot of water when loading. The fruit punch tastes pretty good. Definitely gives your muscles more stamina. My top supplement brand.

I was off creatine routine for some time and boom - feeling great! Fuller and strength. if you are reading this you know what creatine does, this product does better than the most.Price wise it is not so cheap - compared to mixing bcaa and creating with sugar by yourself.Overpriced but definitely top shelf stuff.Tastes - too sweet as it has too much sugar but citric mix was ok.
