I tried this product with water, almond milk, and whole cow milk and used one scoop with 6 ounces of liquid for each drink I mixed. There is a "protein" taste to this with the water method but it's not so bad that I couldn't drink it. The vanilla unsweet almond milk blend was very good and the chocolate flavor mixed in very well. This is my favorite way to drink it after a workout! The whole cow milk method was more difficult to blend in the shaker cup so, I definitely recommend breaking out a blender or electric drink mixer. The flavor was really good this way but a little too heavy for me post work out so I prefer this method on an off day. Overall, it's one of the best tasting protein drinks I've had.

I enjoyed the chocolate flavor of this protein powder. It goes well in white milk. I appreciate that it is made from grass-fed cows. The 20 grams of protein per serving is a perfect amount to be digestible at one time. My only complaint-and this may be something that others are concerned about too- is that it does not mix well, even with a shaker bottle. There are many clumps and settling at the bottom of my cups. Overall though, this is a good product and I would recommend to those who workout or who are interested in increasing protein in their diet. I would buy this again.

The packaging is very clean, and the product information gets straight to the point. I am a distance runner and I have used this post runs and I can honestly say this product is amazing when it comes to recovery. Normally I would be sore for days after my distance runs but two scoops of this with milk and by the next day I didn't feel any soreness. I was ready to go the distance again. Overall Great product which works but the one and only complaint I do have on this is it has a very bad after taste. It has sort of like a chalky after taste which sticks around for about 45 minutes to an hour. MuscleTech please change the after taste and you will have the best product on the market.
I was very pleased with the Muscletech protein. It has a rich chocolate flavor and is nice and thick. I normally mix my shakes with 1% milk and other things like oatmeal and green superfood powder. The superfood powder is really good for you but most people can't stomach the taste. The protein powder did an excellent job of covering up the taste of the superfood powder. That is a big plus in my book. When I mix in a scoop of oatmeal and superfood (the scoops that come with each product) I have a low calorie breakfast that will keep me satisfied until lunch time. 20 grams of grass fed protein in each scoop to help me keep my muscles fed after a workout AND delicious taste that even helps mask the unpleasantness of superfood powder. I am super pleased.
I've been using this protein for about a week now and, honestly, I couldn't be any happier. First off, I love the way this stuff tastes. The Triple Chocolate flavor definitely delivers on the chocolate front, but doesn't come taste artificial or chemical at all. This is probably due to the fact that they use real cocoa in the mix, which leads me to another thing that I love about this protein: There are no artificial colors or flavors. Going along with the great taste, I also love that this protein blends easily in my shaker bottle with just a couple of shakes: There are no clumps or blobs of protein mix waiting at the bottom of the bottle. And it's great in smoothies as well! All-in-all, I think it's safe to say I've found my new go-to protein powder!

So I feel like an expert when it comes to proteins shakes. I’ve had several stomach surgeries, in fact I have one coming up in a week. So this product came at a very timely time. I was impressed that it said it would blend easily and could even be used for cooking. My go to protein shakes are Premier and also Fairlife, which is actually really good. The calorie count was 140, a little higher than the others. Protien count was at 20, a little low. I have fancy blenders I could have used, but for this test I used the Magic bullet. It blended really easily, no clumps, very smooth. Not gritty at all. I did not put ice in it. The taste was good and it’s whey protein, which is good. I would recommend this protein shake.
