I have been using this for over a week daily since I received the item. It tastes like a cherry jolly rancher and flavor is really intense. I find it hard to really pound this down like I do with other protein powders. Taste is very strong and artificial tasting and this stuff mixes oddly in water. I find this stuff needs much less water than typical whey and splashes around and almost foams up when mixing with an immersion blender. So it is messy and tastes like you're drinking candy on the downside.Strictly on a results/performance basis this stuff is excellent, my recovery and stamina are excellent. I work out daily for 2+ hours and take this after each session, it helps me heal and maintain muscle. Lemon Berry Blizzard is pretty tasty, although I think the flavor more closely resembles blue raspberry gelatin. Orange Dreamsicle is okay, but the after taste is a little bit chalky and reminded me of a certain children's vitamin featuring Hanna-Barbera cartoon characters (you know the one). _x000d__x000d_The product label claims that it has an anti-foaming agent in it, but it still gets pretty foamy. I am SO happy that I came across this. I love the fruity flavor that taste like juice! AND I love that it's pure whey protein isolate! I have been so tired of the traditional thick/creamy/milky taste of traditional protein powders that it got rough for me to get my extra protein in. I love having this over ice too, it's like a fresh treat. If you get any foam when you shake or mix it, just let it settle, easy peasy :D. This has been a life saver! I hope this never gets discontinued. More people need to know this exists!

When you see how well it mixes and how light it tastes, you will find it hard to believe it is a protein powder at all. When you follow the directions (use the enough water, shake in shaker sup, then let sit for around 60 seconds), it turns into a light, refreshing drink. It is not thick like traditional proteins and mixes very well. There is NO chalky consistency or taste. Just bought and tried this for the first time. I got the cherry flavor. It definitely has a weird smell, and the cherry tastes pretty medicine-ish to me. I think if I had gotten the orange, that would’ve been a better choice. I like that it’s low calorie for the amount of protein so it’s still worth buying but I definitely won’t buy the cherry again.
I’m a big fan of clear protein shakes. They are very crushable / easy to drink versus normal protein shakes.
