This body wash is made with natural ingredients, which is something I really like about it. It makes my baby’s skin feel very soft and does not dry it out. Keep in mind it is for body and face only, not hair. The thing I don’t like about this product is the scent. It has no added fragrance, which is good, but I wish it had a better natural smell. Also, if you’re looking for a body wash that’s going to bubble up and get foamy, this is not it. It does not make suds. The only other complaint I have is how empty my brand new, unopened bottle was. Like, fill it all the way to the top, people! Overall I do like this product and would recommend it because it is good for my baby’s delicate skin.

We are trying Mustela Stelatopia Fragrance Free Baby Cleansing Gel and Wash for Eczema Prone Skin for the first time on my baby. He is at that stage where his skin is so sensitive, we have tried a few different washes but nothing seems to sooth his skin. We used Mustela Stelatopia For a few body washes and you can already see that his skin wasn’t as dry and the eczema spot where not breaking out. It’s fragrance free which is good, nothing better then natural baby smell. It suds up pretty good and a little does go along way. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Usually I highly recommend Mustela products but not this one. First I tried to open it and the plastic cap broke off. Second the smell was awful. It says it is fragrance free but it smells awful. Third and most importantly, this product gave me a rash on my hands. Parents always try new products on yourself first before you apply it to your child's skin. I was very disappointed!

I appreciate the fact it has natural ingredients and no added fragrance. It took some getting used to in terms of the texture, as it doesn’t foam like traditional cleansers do, but it does it’s job and results in clean, soft skin. None of us had a reaction to it, so I’ll call that a win. I’ve used it as a replacement for my regular face wash for a few days and have seen a reduction in my dry skin around my nose. The one thing I didn’t like is that instead of having foil under the cap when it first arrived, there’s just a little piece of plastic you remove to open the lid. It was a little frustrating to have to do that, though. Anyway, I think this is a nice product that we will continue to use, but the real test will be in the winter months when we see eczema flares.
This really helps with my toddler's skin condition. It's fragrance free and although I would prefer a little bit of scent, I would always use this whenever he has those dry patches on his skin again. Definitely helps to resolve those dry patches quickly.
The first one or 2 washes with this for our one year old with eczema was fine. The third wash tonight however has resulted in a full blown rash on his bell with welts. This cleansing gel has some type of fragrance to it although it claims to be fragrance free. Avoid if your baby has super eczema prone skin. We will be going back to Eucerin Baby. Sad, I had high hopes this would help. Lesson learned, stick to what works and does not irritate that eczema skin. Do not try something new just because it has some Eczema society seal of approval.
Does not Foam that’s a good sign for a baby product ,it’s not drying at all. Leaves skin nice hydrated .I use it for my face , I don’t wear make up so I don’t know if this wil come of easily.No scent at all so no irritation. Can imagine that this is a good product for babies.
We love the brand Mustela, and this eczema wash has made us love them even more. My 3 year old has been plagued with a pretty uncomfortable case of dry itchy skin since birth. We are always looking for the best ways to combat it. This cleanser has made us stop searching. It is very mild on her skin and helps so much. We have seen a difference in just a few days of use. There are no strong smells so perfect for any skin type young and old. The bottle is very appealing to the eye and would be something I would stop to look at if I was browsing the stores. Definitely just made us Love Mustela even more!
First of all, I'd been using it on me 35 yo female, I have a super dry skin, and all the time I'm very itchy, so im trying it, I had 4 days using it, and I noticed that my arms and armpits are not too itchy as before and also my skin feels a little bit softer than before, it's still dry but I don't have the roughness on my legs and arms!!! so I will continue using it for at least 2 more weeks. The cleaning gel has an odor, but it doesn't leave a scent on you, it doesn't foam, I was expecting some foaming as it's a cleaning gel, but I think it doesn't have any soap, if you like something more agressive because your skin is very oily, I'm not sure if is gonna work on you. For me is working perfectly.
My 13 month old daughter suddenly had an eczema flare up. It was horrible, she was waking up scratching everything, some bled because of constant scratching. We used to just use Eucerin for her eczema but it didn’t do anything to help her condition this time. I came to the buybuy baby app to find reviews on eczema and I bought the mustela pj’s. She slept right after 10 minutes of putting it on. So, I thought mustea products might really work for her. I wanted her eczema gone asap. After a few days, I ordered the cleansing gel and the lotion for very sensitive skin continue using it.
