If your wondering the difference between the normal mass gainer vs the dark extreme one it's that this one has way less protein and carbs. This is because when you compare the extreme to the original the serving size it is double which is 4 scoops. Which makes it appear like its way more, but in reality the original only portrays two scoops which looks like less but in reality if you do your math right its half as much protein and and not as much carbs. Besides that it taste the same and is the exact same in every other way. Therefor your just wasting your time because its not as good as the original.

They counted on there the protein in the milk, what? This protein has less than most per serving(onn and dymatize ie) Its also kinda gros, i usually just mix my protein in water because im somewhat lactose intolerant and because of how milk usually makes most shakes very sweet. This protein powder tasted like pure sugar in water so if you are like me than i dont recomend it. It is also very powdery so just opening the bag makes protein dust go everywhere.

NEVER.

I am not sure what happened to this product. All the previous versions I bought were good and you could just use a protein shaker bottle to mix it with water. Now when I do that with this new product there are visible clumps in the bottle which were never present before. I've been getting frequent stomach flu ever since I consumed this product but I'm not 100% sure it is caused by this. I'll stop consuming it for a few days and update my review accordingly. Update: I just realized that they use hydrolyzed whey protein from milk and I am lactose intolerant so beware. Also not sure if this is a new ingredient or not because I never had this issue before.

I imagine this product does what it claims IF used as directed. UNDERSTAND THE SERVING SIZE BEFORE YOU BUY! A single serving size is FOUR (they're huge) scoops in 500ml of milk. They recommend you have TWO servings per day. The entire 6 pound bag (2.72 kg) contains TEN (10) servings. Do the math. If used as directed, you'll go through that $46.00 bag IN FIVE DAYS!!! I'm not sure how much disposable income the average person buying this product has, but I know I won't be spending $276.00 per month for protein powder.
