I actually knew better as Italian hair colours are described very different than USA or Australian colours. I had chosen a Clariol Colour I have used before, when I was told this product was the BEST & had recieved five star reviews. I’m seeing this is for the “browns” however the dark blonde literally turned my hair black! I am devasted as it took me a year to grow it back to a natural beauty colour type & now I feel dreadful for Christmas with my black hair and missed white greys showing as clear as features on my head the colour went so dark. Never buy this if you have thin hair, want a dark blonde or light brown result nor wish to cover greys. This colour is simply terrible.

As I have medium blonde hair I tried the Dark Blonde shade - what a shock as it came out as a very dark brown & nothing like the colour pictured on the box

This is the BEST hair colour I've ever used. It IS very dark, don't buy it if you're looking for a light or blonde colour, but everything else about it is top notch. I won't use anything else now.

Tried this colour on my blond highlights and it basically coloured my hair dark brown (like really dark brown with red in it). After about 5 min I realised what was happening but it was too late, I now have brown/red hair which horrifies me each time I look in the mirror. Have no idea how to get out of it without damaging my hair significantly. The picture on the box is NOTHING like the actual colour nor is the description!! I think the product is very good as it grabbed so quickly and left my hair very shiny and healthy but man.... get the description and the picture right! Most of us don't know much about the numbers on the box. The description and the picture is supposed to reflect the product with some degree of up or down but this was a radical hair colour change.
