It will froth up tremendously, and you will need to let it settle, mix it again, settle, mix, settle, mix, repeatedly until the entire powder is mixed. This is very time consuming, so I make up 2L bottles at a time and store it in the fridge. 2) The tub comes half full. When I say half full, I mean half full. This is quite misleading as you assume you'll be getting more than you are. A friend recommend this for me as I hate milk protein shake and I can't seem to finish one because it's too heavy for me and I would be having siestas everyday. This one, at first the taste is nice and refreshing. After a few of them, you actually get addicted to the taste. For some reason it just tastes better and better (I bought the Peach flavour). It's really light to drink and it doesn't bloat/feel heavy. The box is a little big for the amount of powder inside (not complaining about the amount of powder as it does say 20 servings and I think that accurate) but the box seems just excessively big for some reason. I have four flavours as of now (lemonade, rocket pop, cola, and watermelon) and they all taste really good EXCEPT cola which is borderline undrinkable. Otherwise all good flavor wise - I can really only compare it to powdered drink mixes or energy mix tubs, similar aftertaste and profile. I found the recommended directions to be sort of off (12oz of water is not nearly enough & letting it rest for 15 seconds is not enough either), but that's the kind of stuff that's fixed with experimentation/some people are going to like their drink to taste stronger. That being said there is nothing subjective about disliking clumps in every other scoop. Cranberry & raspberry - 5/10 the tub I received had a small break in the seal (didn't look intentional or human rather error in sealing at factory) and an absolutely awful smell. Since I can't return something once seal is broken even though I didn't break said seal, I went ahead and tried the flavour. In a bottle with a straw it tastes ok because you can't smell the awful chemical smell. I'll work my way through some of the tub but I definitely won't reorder because it doesn't smell like the healthiest of options... Goes Well With: Water, alcohol, creatine, tonic/sodawater

Mojito - Thought this would be grim, but it was actually decent to be honest. Its surprisingly convincing - tastes like a mocktail version of a mojito. 8. Pineapple - Not very keen on this. Found that it tasted nice for a few seconds before being ruined by a horrible aftertaste. 9. Tropical Dragon fruit - Was expecting big things from this flavour but unfortunately it didn't deliver. Wasn't keen on the flavour and just tasted very artificial and fake. 10. Bitter Lemon - Way too bitter and didn't taste of lemon. Thought this would be refreshing but just wasn't keen. WORST So that's my list. As I mentioned before, THIS IS ALL MY PERSONAL OPINION, you might strongly disagree, I might have ranked someone's favourite as my least favourite. ALSO Please do not let this ranking put you off buying a flavour, get whichever one you want as they are all nice and convincing for a protein shake. I bought this thinking to myself, Great something protein other than the standard flavors. Have mixed up 4 different times now, same results. First time, mixed up one scoop with a 16. 9 oz bottle of water, even though directions state clearly on container that one scoop mixes with 10-12 oz of water. First results, with 16. 9 oz of water, the consistency of school glue the entire time. Second through fourth times, mixed in a 40oz water mixer, still wont mix and disintegrate. The final consistencies all just blobs of powder floating around in the water. Store in nice dry place, lid on tight. Final review, absolute garbage, asking for refund and will not be wasting my money on this again.
