Bought the milk powder at a lower R.P than the supermarkets. But 1 of the tin was delivered dented. Which makes me think how rough the goods were treated during the packing process.....box was also ledt outside the gate evn though i purposely left the door opened so that i can receive the goods promptly. Otherwise, the order process was smooth.

No proper update from them since then and the standard reply would be they have forward to relevant team and will get back to me. No update unless i prompted for it. Even when prompted, the replies would be again the standard template. \nFew days later, one delivery man appeared and demanded for a $12 COD and exchange of item. \nI wasn't informed of any agreed exchanges nor COD from the seller, how can I trust what I'm paying for especially with scams these days... \nLeft a msg for them again on the experience and someone replied with 'forwarded to relevant team' again. 2 working days later, I still dont receive any proper update on the matter and have ... Rating two star not because the formula no good. But its the pricing. Other outlet even online platform are selling Cheaper same exact product where Fairprice is selling.
