This is a travel must-have if you own the Nanit baby monitor. It's easy to plug-in and use, but there are many improvement areas. For instance: the base is not heavy enough so pointing the camera down from a high shelf means it risks tipping over; you can't identify the crib area using this; and insights will not be captured so you won't get the same tracking as using the wall mount at home. I also wish it came with the travel case, instead of having to buy that separately. Overall, it works well, especially for overnight visits to a relative's home.

I own the minutos the multi stand, the stand and the sleep Swaddler. I did so much. Research before la ding on Nanit baby monitor so in that regard I recommend. I’ll do a separate re ire on the monitor. I like the idea of the multi stand to be able to take the monitor anywhere we go. Unfortunately it still needs to be plugged up and it’s not as versatile because of that. It’s nice to have if you want to take the monitor anywhere except over the crib. Not greatly impressed with it really.

The multi stand is definitely a must if you have the Nanit. Honestly, it is probably more convenient than the other two stands (wall-mounted and tall standing one). I have all of the stands. The tall standing one will not go up against a wall. You have to allocate about a square foot of space for it because of the legs - and it is about 6 inches from the wall, no matter how you move it. The wall-mounted one is nice, but only swivels - it cannot be moved. This small travel one is great because my crib has about an inch and a half of wood around it and the corners can support this stand. Plus, you can move it - so if your baby is sleeping in the middle of your bed for a nap, you can move this stand so that you are still able to monitor them. I have 2 cameras. One upstairs and 1 down. I also have the multi-stand for travel. IT SUCKS (the stand, I mean). First, it's light, so when you angle over the camera it wants to tip over, and you MUST find a high up desk or table higher than the baby's crib or his pack and play etcThe EASY solution would be for Nanit to use those bendy "legs" on it so you could make it stable and even grip onto things (like the pack and play the hotel gives you). But - it does work (I find a weight or book to hold it down) when traveling with a little moving of furniture to place the camera.
Very useful if you move your camera either from room to room or to go somewhere else. Yet, unreasonably expensive for such a piece.Given unreliable feed from the camera itself this stand becomes less valuable though.
We love the multistand. It is super easy to use, and pretty compact to take with us while we travel! Took away a star because: 1) It's a bit hard to angle it just right for our travel crib - Put it too close to the edge, we worry that it'll fall into the crib; put it too far on (any nearby) elevated surface, it's hard to see the entire crib or the baby. 2) There's no pouch to put the camera and the stand in, so we're always trying to wrap it in something - Just not super convenient for a stand that's designed to take with travel.
It’s great for portability. Would be good if it came with a box for travel. Love that it connects with the app for convenience when we travel. I don’t use the analytics as much when not on its home stand but I am eager to see any data I can get whenever my son is sleeping anywhere outside his room with this stand.
I enjoyed this great design and handy ba y monitor due to having so many useful options on mounting u can also tracVery with this device as well. We personally use it on our night stand so I can keep close eye on Lil one when I step out of roomThe pictures and video are top quality and definitely has clear image better then most brands and they also have wall coverage inside to hide any unwanted mounting cords
Nice for travel. Only complaint is it was hard to set up to get a good view of baby (hence 4 stars). Camera can't see through mesh walls of travel crib so it has to be positioned in a way it can look down over the crib. Couldn't get a great view by resting in on a dresser which was the only available option where I was staying. Wish there was a longer arm or a flexible arm to get a better angle and view. Glad that it still allows me to use breathing monitoring though!
