I hope to buy at least one more of these! I use it with the fresnel, bran doors and with the projector (additional accessories). Comes in a nice part of case, which also just barely fits the projector.

I am one of those cinematographer that loves to work with natural ambient light for all my projects but there are times when an extra light is important. I have tried MANY MANY lights but thankfully I will try no more, I have FINALLY found the lights for every event. Even the ones that don't need it I can use it as a filler and my images come out 10X nicer

Worked great in conjunction with the FL-11 Fresnel for a shoot I needed to do in the field. I was happier than expected with the overall quality of the kit. I do have some concerns about the longevity of the plastic bracket/thumb screws.
Veteran filmmaker here. Love this little powerhouse. Small and packed with features. Bought the light and all of its modifiers. Used on multiple projects including a feature film. Ran the light for about 7 hours straight with no problems. Nice carrying case/bag. Can't beat the price. Will be buying more.
It is a small, nice quality light that has a lot of punch. But the fan is loud and needs to be far from audio. Can be used at 30 percent no fan. When paired with the fresnel, it is quite nice. Mixed review. It's loud but the light is nice. Small and portable.
I'm really impressed with this little light. I'm already looking to buy a couple more to make a stand alone interview kit. My only note is that I got the Nanlite Para 90 Quick-Open Softbox with Bowens Mount (35) to go with it, and even though it works great, I think 35 is the max size softbox I would use with the Bowens adaptor, I don't think it could handle any more weight.
This light is great for the price. So good, I just bought another one. It's small, has great light output for it's size and a really solid build quality. There is some minor fan noise but nothing too problematic IMO. Nanlite is legit.
I'm unsure if my unit has a higher noise output than others but it's so significant that having this light close to an interview subject renders the audio as problematic and requires a lot of effort in post.The light itself has an even and pleasing look paired with my 34 beauty dish softbox. If not for the noise, this would be a perfect small space interview light.
This is a perfect match to go with my larger more powerful Apurture lights. I love that there is an option to turn off the fan (the light maximum output is at 30% with the fan off - still more than enough power for a hair light). This light is a fantastic addition to my interview kit. Also as a bonus - the Sony L adaptor is an excellent plus. I'm very likely to pick up another one soon. Great job Nanlite!
