Looking very nice, you have endless customizations, but they are not so easy to pair and to connect initially to the Wi-Fi. You need to chose Shapes option from the installation menu, (not Elements) for the Nanoleaf hexagons kit. Also, some people may not like the fact that the whole surface is not quite evenly illuminated. The photo on the box gives an idea about this issue. The connecting bridges between the hexagons can easily disconnect if the installation surface isn’t rigid and flat.

Love these shapes so much! My brother got some for me for Christmas last year and I've been obsessed since. I love the ambient light they create in whatever space you use them in. They're super customisable too, you can either create your own 'scenes' or choose ones created by others, or just pick solid colours. Love being able to control them with my phone as well.

If you're planning on doing a design that isn't plain, boring and easy then you need to buy more linkers as well. Got it out ready to put up and needed another 4 linkers!! Huge disappointment.
The lights are great and easy to set up. The only issue I have with them is the double-sided tape. Do NOT use that tape because it does not hold for more than a few weeks before pulling away from the freshly cleaned and thoroughly dry wall. Spend the money to purchase proper double sided tape appropriate for the weight of the Nanoleaf panels.
Very cool looking RGB smart light planes, easy to use amazing effects and look so slick. The team were very helpful in locating the product which was advertised stock but not on the shelf.
I bought these for my sons birthday and to say he was happy is an understatement. What a great addition it has made to the dynamic of his room and they look amazing. Will definitely purchase more add ons in the future.
I brought and put up this product on Wednesday, it is now Sunday. When I first set the product up it was working fine, colours changing, linking with my phone. But just a few minutes later it stopped connecting to my phone, saying they are on different networks. Bear in mind I had remained in the same place the whole time, on the same network. So I immediately jumped to google trying all the tips and tricks, but nothing worked. So I called into Noel leeming, but they offered no advice. They were also not able to provide me with a refund or return because they had to trouble shoot it in store. Obviously the panels are attached to my wall and have to be on the same network with my phone to work and therefore show my problem, so this was not possible. But, still I would have the same problem, I have now reconnected 7 times just to get it working for short periods of time. This isn’t a hard process but still a hassle. On the control on the panel it is also hard to get to sync with the controls on your phone, with no way to turn off the controls on the right but switching to the other. Overall, I just cannot recommend this produce and suggest looking for other (cheaper!) alternatives.
This product is supposed to work with Apple HomeKit but no matter what I do I am unable to get it to connect to my network. I have followed all the instructions. Checking online it seems many people have the same issues. Can't believe how poor the product is considering the cost.
Pairing it with Apple's Home system relies on luck and switching to a new Wifi network won't work. Buying a new controller is not possible as they are sold out at Nanoleaf hence once you're in trouble you can bin it. Waste of money.
