Bought Essentials bulbs at Apple Store.1. Instructions - Almost nonexistent.2. Functionality with our iphones and AppleTV - WAY less than promised. After an hour of trying to figure out how to make them function as promised, we gave up and returned them. Lousy product with equally lousy customer support.

I have some Nanoleaf triangles already, and I thought I'd get these for a different room.Looks really good, quick to set up and you can map designs out with their app (there is also an AR mode which allows you to see the design on the wall which isn't the best to be fair).Set mine up with HomeKit and works quite well, a wide range of animations, colours and setups you can do.One thing I will say is that you can't connect these to other nanoleaf panels, and the lines sit above the wall with a gap from the wall of about 1.5 cm. Also, there isn't an easy way to hide the power supply cable sadly, if you have this halfway up a wall.Expensive so I'd only buy it on sale, otherwise a good addition to my room!
