I grew up in North America and was addicted to the freshly harvested pecans we used to buy from roadside stands when we travelled to the southern states of the US. I am thrilled it is possible to source equally fresh and delicious nuts here in Australia, They were attractively packaged in a recloseable bag and shipped very promptly to my home in Mornington, where they quickly found their place in the fruit-and-nut rolls I have made for Christmas. Really good!

I am thrilled it is possible to source equally fresh and delicious nuts here in Australia, They were attractively packaged in a recloseable bag and shipped very promptly to my home in Mornington, where they quickly found their place in the fruit-and-nut rolls I have made for Christmas. A very tasty fresh product which I use in a variety of dishes…Next time I will buy smaller packs, as I had to find airtight storage for 3kg of nuts.
These nuts are a great substitute for walnuts. They’re good lightly toasted as a snack, and are great in muesli.Good value, and efficient delivery.
Seemed soft, not sure if this is the normal character of this nut, but didn't come up the freshness meter like other product. They tasted very nice, just a little soft, maybe that is pecans, probably use for cooking in the future, rather than snacking
As per Walnut review ...so good to taste a pecan that doesn't have a rancid taste. Need fresh nuts to avoid nasty fats and has Omega 3 for MS -as on a medically recommended plant based diet. Have to avoid oils and nuts that are heated and rancid. Only trouble is have to keep the sat fat under 10g and these are so delicious that I want more.
