This product contains a high quality proprietary extract of curcumin, that is supposed to be highly bioavailable with good absorption. Unfortunately I didn't find it effective at the recommend serving size. Instead of taking 1-2 capsules a day, I ended up taking 5-6 capsules to reduce my joint inflammation. This is in line with the dosage of Theracurmin used in most clinical trials (90 mg twice a day).The capsule is medium size. It doesn't have any weird smell or taste.The bottle has a flip cap and is average size.The product shipped fast and arrived safely.In summary, I don't recommend this product.
