I take this supplement religiously, and if I don't, then I do notice my immune weakened. It is a must have in my medicine cabinet!

I typically switch brands of quercetin as I use it as a preventative and like to have a broader choice. I had not tried the Natural Factors brand before. It seems to have the desired effect for me so I will continue with this brand in my rotation.
Shipments are always fast with orders placed with Vitasave which is nice for a change. I have noticed a subtle difference, but not for the intended purpose it was taken, and I am also taking other supplements so it is hard to say. I will continue to take it and assess things when I finish this supply.

I bought this product for two reasons.1) It had a number of recommendations for improving my immune system, and2) A researcher in Montreal was considering it as a possible use in the fight against COVID-19.I'm not sure how one can feel that you immune system has improved other than having someone cough on you and get really sick or not, perhaps.If I get COVID-19 and recover, I will update this review. If I don't survive, well, this will be my last comment.Frank
