I tried these because it was such a good offer! They taste great, but no wonder, with 3 grams of sugar! I’ve taken many different kinds of magnesium, none had any added sugar. The combination of magnesium, ashwagandha, and L- theanine is a good idea. However, I’ve concluded that the ashwagandha is preventing me from getting back to sleep from 2:30am until morning and gives me heart palpitations as well. After researching this situation, I learned that some people may experience these symptoms, the opposite of what ashwagandha usually does. So if you’re sensitive to some supplements, be cautious. Also, magnesium citrate is the only form included. I was formerly taking a magnesium supplement with the full spectrum of magnesium.
These gummies do the job with helping me relax and I get a really good nights sleep. I wake up the next day feeling energized and not drowsy. Not a fan of the taste, but it's not too bad too where I wouldn't buy them again because I defintely will be! I also noticed it's really helping me with my soreness after my workouts!
Love the flavor, but better that that is how well I sleep! I just had my at home visit with my insurance representative who is extremely well educated and she really liked the fact that my magnesium has the Ashwagandha in it. I use a lot of Natural Stacks supps, but I was most shocked at the profound difference in these gummies. I run 2 businesses and am a stay-at-home dad, so the stress is high! These gummies, slow everything down, but most importantly they help me respond to my kids (4 and 1) in the ways I know I should regardless of how busy stressed I am or cranky they are.
Delivery is really fast. I haven't tried it yet, so I can't say anything about it, but I ordered it because I thought I needed to take magnesium. If it's good, I'll buy it again.
