I have had these shoes for a little while. I bought them for work and wear them frequently. They are SO comfortable right out of the box and didn't take any breaking in. One feature that I like is the back of the heel is padded so I don't get blisters on the back of my foot. The footbed is contoured and provides arch support. My only complaints: 1. These run big. I normally wear an 11. The 10 was too small and the 11 was a little roomy, but now that they have stretched out some it's fairly big. I would either have had to break in a 10 for a while, or I would have needed a 10.5 which unfortunately isn't available. It's a possibility that they run wide instead of long because my feet are a little on the narrow side. 2. I'd really like to purchase another pair of these, since overall they are so comfortable, so I hope the company considers making a 10.5 and a few new colors! :)

Very comfortable flat, minimal time to break this shoe in and in no time I was walking through my day with the comfort of a favorite pair of shoes. I really like the “V” vamp which is very flattering in the foot, adding a touch of style over just being functional. Only reason it got 4 stars is the shoe doesn’t hug the sides of your foot when moving…there is an outward pucker/gap that appears on both inside and outside…it appears and disappears with each step. Probably not noticeable for others but looking down on it, it was to me. The leather is a heavy leather, making it more of a three season shoe as opposed to summer, but it looks good with capris and skirts. You can always count on Naturalizer for comfort!

I acknowledge that this is a pointy shoe, but since I bought a size WIDE shoe, I did not think this was going to be an issue. There is uncomfortable crowding though at the front, and the heels rub at the back of the ankle, causing additional discomfort, even while wearing thin socks. It's a nice-looking shoe, but the discomfort on both ends makes me feel like it was money ill-spent.

These shoes run 1/2 a size too small. I bought the 7 1/2 after trying my usual 7 and then used a wooden tree shoe for a week. Wearing them now feels like wearing slippers. They are incredibly comfortable and so stylish! There's a wonderful little pad above the heel which prevents the foot from slipping out when walking. We're leaving for the UK in a month that this is the pair I'm taking for the plane and going out to the theater. Highly recommend. Just remember to size up!
These are super cute and I really want to wear them, but after measuring my feet and using the size guidelines and the recommendations of going up from your usual size I received these shoes only to find out they are far too big and fall of my feet when I try to walk in them. Now I have to pay to send them back and try the size I should have bought in the first place to see if they those will fit. Overall a frustrating experience. I wish they just had a local store so I could go try shoes on in person.
When I tried them on in the store, they were very comfy and I knew it would look great with capris, leggings, shorts, summer dresses, etc. After a couple of wears, I’m finding my pinky toes are getting sore from the friction. And, as a someone else mentioned, the shoe does gape weirdly on the sides when I walk. They are holding shape, contrary to what others have experienced, but they are not quite as comfy as I initially thought. The sole is gel cushion which is nice. Perhaps a cute pair of thin socks will help. I bought the yellow fabric in size 9 (my re size). so glad I bought them in the clearance section and had additional discounts. Would be quite upset if I payed full price.
Perfect staple in your shoe wardrobe. I was looking for a show that allowed me to comfortably walk the uneven Boston walkways but were nice enough to wear in the office. I tried several brands of ballet flat (some much more expensive) before landing on these. These were simply the most comfortable for full day wear. Realizing that the show has become my go to over the past year, I recently purchase 3 more pairs in various colors.
I tried this exact shoe on at another store in a size 9. Normal width. The 9 was too long and I wanted a bit wider of a shoe. Not sure which size to choose from, I ordered an 8.5w and an 8w. When they finally arrived I was so excited! I tried the 8.5w first thinking it will be my Cinderella fit. Not even close! The shoe is just as long (still a good inch in front of the end of my toes) and it’s not a wide, not even close. It was narrower and not worth keeping and trying to stretch out. For kicks and giggles I tried on the 8w (you never know with sizes these days). HAHAHA yeah no, again long and even more narrow. I’m a very standard 8-8.5 wide in my shoes. It’s rare I can wear a regular width and rarer that I go any higher than an 8.5 or lower than an 8. We’re ... MoreI tried this exact shoe on at another store in a size 9. Normal width. So the fact that the 9 regular fit better than my standard size, that’s pretty pathetic. I wanted to love these badly but they had to go back. Also, I paid for three day shipping…it took longer.
These are just so so. Initially, they felt extremely soft and comfortable. The vamp does dig in a bit so a break in period is needed. However, I’ve now owned them for about 8 weeks and worn them roughly half a dozen times and they are already losing their shape. They gape oddly on the insides. While they are still quite soft, they are also very warm and not breathable at all. My feet sweat quite a bit and it’s only February so it’s not like I’ve been wearing them in warm weather. It will make them unwearable once the southern summer hits. Overall, I’m disappointed in this purchase. Definitely not worth the price tag and given how worn they’re already looking, I’ll be lucky if I can get a few seasons of wear out of them. These shoes are highly reviewed, which is why ... MoreThese are just so so. I have owned other flats at a similar price point that were just as comfortable and held up much better. Skip these.
I adore Naturalizer's heels -- so comfy (for heels) -- and was really excited about how plush these shoes looked. After wearing them for half an hour at work, they started chafing that upper heel / back of ankle area that lower-quality shoes always hurt. I took them off while sitting at my desk and only put them on occasionally. By the time I started the walk home, the shoes had broken through my skin and the backs of my ankles were bleeding. It was an awful, painful walk home. (And to make matters worse, it started raining so they got waterlogged and I can't even return them.)
