I bought around eight pairs of black heels trying to find a pair I could wear all day with as little pain as possible. These were the hands-down winner. I have very picky feet and don't tolerate my feet hurting for style. Fortunately, these have a beautiful classic look, and I firmly believe they are as comfortable as heels can be. I bought them in black and the beige. If they had them in patent navy, I would buy those, too.

Just new open box! Wear on living room floor and hallway. Loved it! Then found out this disappointing defects!! I ordered 4 pairs of shoes this spring from Naturalizer online. Love them all! Good quality, comfortable, most of all it carries my size!! I bought a few pairs shoes before closing physical stores. Always hesitate to buy shoes online from unfamiliar brands. This time I like to give it a try so I ordered two pairs first. It turns out surprisingly good! They are good quality and true to size. Therefore I ordered another two pairs! But what a big disappointment!! Worst of all you canāt bring back to store for exchange or refund!! Too much work to shipping backā¦. Not decided what to yet! Disappointed!!š

Just received my snake print Everly pump. I normally wear a size 7.5 but I ordered a size 8 wide and I am happy I did. I always order a half a size up when it comes to heels then I don't suffer with breaking them in. Plus I know I will add an in sole eventually over time being that they are made of leather.Now looking at the picture I thought they were textured but they are smooth leather with the snake pattern print.
First, the shoe ordered is Barely Nude; the shoe received is Cremebrulee which isn't even an option. The shoe is too dark for the mother of the groom dress that I am wearing. Second, the shoe fits funny. It has an arch that I don't need and it sits back more toward the heel and feels funny; and little support under ball of the foot so that hurts and I can't imagine being able to wear the shoe throughout the wedding day. And there is no 'cremebrulee' everly pump online anywhere, not even on naturalizer website, all say barely nude or creme. VERY disappointing for naturalizer which was once a buy your size pump and go for work or dress. Asking high prices these days for inferior quality shoes. This happened with a previous shoe purchase from Macy's, color was wrong, saw a color in store but that color existed nowhere online or in stores except for the one sz 8.5 at Quakerbridge Mall. Extremely frustrating.
Very disappointed. Red color does not match the photo on the website - it's very a very light almost pink, not a deep red as I was hoping. Not only that, the two shoes are not even the same shade - the right and left shoes do not match. I have other Natuarlizer shoes and boots that I like, but this purchase is souring me on this brand. Fit and comfort are good, which does not surprise me since I have these shoes in black already. Red shoes are hard to find, and I was so looking forward to wearing these. Sad now.

I have finicky feet and low tolerance for foot pain. I currently have seven new pairs of heels in my bedroom that I bought in an attempt to find a pair that wonāt make me curse the world at 5:00. I immediately knew these were the winners. I wore them around the house for a bit then decided to go for it. I was in my office from 8-12 then on my feet until 5 (corporate trainer). Can you believe I was able to walk to my car without the tell-tale ālimp and grimace.ā Turned around and ordered them in black, too.
Although I've worn 8.5 AA or Narrow shoes for decades, these shoes are simply too long and wide. The heel cup is also too wide. They appear to be well-made, but I also didnt like the styling of the upper toe. Its almost impossible these days to find a classic pump or any shoes, for that matter, that are narrow fitting. I'm disillusioned about shopping for shoes and will never buy online again.
