Changes urine color

I started taking these for the first time several days ago. I have taken many supplements before, but none have ever changed the color of my urine. I thought I was severely dehydrated. After a few days my urine would become neon yellow after taking it. So I looked it up.“Riboflavin is a member of the B family of vitamins (B complex). It's a water-soluble vitamin. There is no point in having these high doses. Considering I take other supplements. It is just making my kidneys do more work. I may be wrong, but don’t want to take the chance.It can be dangerous too. I read another review that thought they were dehydrated(like I did at first). They drank a bunch of water which can cause other issues, especially if you aren’t dehydrated…. I read the whole bottle and not once does it mention this could be a side effect. I had to google it to find out.

Great product at a great value

I’ve tried several different brands of B-complex over the years and I keep coming back to this Nature Made formulation. It seems to boost my energy a little bit and without any stomach upset. I was concerned buying such a large quantity of 460 pills given that I only take 1 tablet per day. But the expiration date of the bottle I received was 19 months away therefore I’ll use the entire bottle before it expires.

Highly recommend

I have always been a fan of Nature Made vitamins, and this is no exception. Now that I've been taking them for about a month I can tell that my energy level is slightly higher than it was before, and my hair, nails, and skin seem to be nicer and more healthy, likely due to the folic acid added to the capsules. I like that it is a B complex so that it has more than just one type of vitamin B, and I like the fact that it also has vitamin C added. I would definitely recommend this for everyday health.

Have been taking Nature Made supplements for many years. I chose this brand a long time ago when I was looking for a Vitamin C supplement, and the brands I tried upset my stomach. So, I tried Nature Made and my stomach was fine. Been using them ever since. No stomach upset with the Iron or any others, either. This Super B Complex with C helps me a lot. It improves energy, helps my skin, seems to make my hair and nails grow faster, and helps my nervous system. The label also mentions "Supports a healthy brain" and "Helps support the immune system". I checked my Order History and clicked on my last purchase and it said the product was no longer available and the bottles with lesser quantities were much more expensive on a per-unit basis. I tried the Puritans Pride Vitamin B-Complex and Vitamin B-12 and found the %Daily was significantly lower than in this item but it wasnt shown on the listing at the time of purchase so I relies on the word Complex and that was a mistake. This one is significantly higher and when I started using the alternative my headaches and pain/stiffness from lower back surgery returned. I finally found it available again, though not from , so Im once again back with Nature Made and the price was right so no complaints other than the months wasted on another brand. My suggestion is dont purchase any B Complex unless you can see what the %Daily is for each vitamin as well as which vitamins are included because it varies widely.
