Great vitamin b12 really love this item. I take it everyday together with my other supplements. Help with energy and mental clarity. Like it for yoga and the other practices I do such as meditation. Smells and tastes a bit fruity. Dont get it on your white t-shirts as its red in colour. But it helps a lot it really does. And I like the liquid, that its not a tablet or capsule or whatever. Also a nice glass bottle with dark colour. Helps to keep me fit and in shape! Just love it. What more do you need? Perhaps some more vitamin b12 for everyone every day would make us all happy. Jihooo. What do you say? Just buy it. Just buy it is my recommendation. And the effect is also good. And the potency and everything. Also for the metabolism.

I don’t know if they are any changes in b12 levels cause i didn’t track it in my blood tastes. Liquid forms are said to be better absorbed. It’s very artificially sweet and has a overly intense color. Not sure If it’s really necessary

Wow the taste of this is so yummy! Tastes like a sweet nectar! I hate taking pills so when my mom told me about this I was quick to buy. My energy has improved I don’t feel the need to nap during the day anymore. Also not sure if this is related to the product but my hair has also dramatically improved as well it’s super healthy and not falling out as much as it did prior. Highly recommend :)

I’ve taken several different brands of b12 over the years, almost all of them have given some type of energy increase except this one. Took it for a month and no noticeable difference. Wouldn’t recommend.
great taste and quality, the dosage is handy but could be more precise. The bottle size is quite small. the packaging and transport were great, definitely nothing will break.
