I’ve been taking these for about six months now. Every day. They do work very well if you continue to take them. My hair started to fall out, and my friend recommended this product to take for growing back my hair. I've been taking these for 3 months now. And WOW, I'm impressed! These Hair, Skin, and Nails work amazing. My hair is growing back in nicely, and my fingernails are thicker, stronger, and longer. It's crazy how fast it works. I haven't noticed any changes in my skin, but that's ok, my main concern was my hair. I'm so happy with this vitamin/supplement. These are a little on the pricey side but they're worth every cent. I will recommend these to everyone.

I noticed more new hairs on bottom lashes which were almost non-existent before. As for as skin goes, my feet benefited the most from taken Nature's Bounty with a reduction in cracked heels and overall healthier foot skin. My nails benefited the greatest from these vitamins as they became less brittle and bendy on hands and feet. Also got less foot fungus on big toe nails, my hygiene routine remained the same so that's how I know it was the vitamins. Drink plenty of water when taking hair vitamins or you may find your skin breaks out. Otherwise I recommend this product

I’ve been taking this complex to grow my hair since 2016. Tried many others, but this one works for me the best. After 3-4 weeks I always notice new “baby-hair”, and hair loss stops after 2-3 weeks. Years of taking it during fall and spring helped me to grow long hair, which was really hard earlier, as I have thin hair. Also, it works well for skin, but the effect becomes noticeable much later. I usually take 2 capsules instead of 3, because of high dosage of some vitamins. For my body it’s enough. From negative points I can say it makes hair grow everywhere, on body also. But overall the effect I get is just amazing. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the product, ingredients list, package etc. Capsules are small and easy to take. I always take it with meal.

LOVE LOVE LOVE - AND IT WORKS!

I bought this product about two years ago. I had a horrible haircut that I could not stand and so I bought this thinking that maybe my hair would grow back fast. It grew back so fast! That I had to go and get another haircut. Thankfully this was one that I loved. And now, since I still take the pills, it is still growing so fast that I have to already go back and get another haircut. My fingernails grow super super fast. And my skin actually does look a little better period this definitely works!

My daughters 5….like a lot of young ladies she is a HUGE fan of Disney princesses! Being that she’s a fairly picky eater, and her diet mainly consists of brightly colored cereals and French fries, I’m definitely a fan of multivitamins! The fact that she can get some of the vitamins and nutrients she would normally potentially be lacking in her diet is fairly priceless to me! The shapes are fun and frankly (because I definitely tried them lol) pretty delicious! Every morning she takes her vitamin and is always incredibly pleased with herself for taking it!
