Dont get into town much these day, the on line purchase and delivery service make life so much easier and gives me options for when I can't get into town. Have been using Kelp for many years as an all rounder for my health.
Bought to help with weight loss as part of a controlled diet and exercise programme. Not sure if these have contributed at all - possibly too early to tell. Easy to swallow and no side effects, but probably won't buy again.
