This stuff is amazing!!!!!! It removes my cats urine scent from the boxes. It also helps to remove stains from the floor. The scent is amazing. Smells clean and disappears pretty quickly. I highly recommend this product for anyone with cats.

Added fragrance is a bad idea

I agree about the yucky fragrance. I have been using Natures Miracle for 30 years and once again the "brilliant product specialists" had to ruin a good thing. To have a product on the shelves for that long means you were doing it right the first time round. This was not an improvement. I agree with Former Happy Customer. Why added scent when it's supposed to remove odor. Go back to the old recipe and the old jug that fits in the cupboard (this one is too tall & I'm sure more costly to produce). You shouldn't have changed what was a good product.

MAGIC ON ANY SPOT!

Absolutely Fabulous. I use it for any stain with 99.9% perfect results. (a serious , major stain from a sick kitty only faded, but did not disappear completely. Discovered days after happening.) It even made a spilled "Bloody Mary" stain completely disappear from a white sofa. If the stain is fresh, you can literally watch it disappear in moments. Older,or more deep stains can either take a few hours, or need a few applications. It works on silk or any other fabric, for makeup, food, oh-- and pet stains too! and it never leaves a ring.I buy this by the gallon, and keep the spray bottles in several rooms. The formula seems the same for dogs or cats.

NOT for sensitive noses and stomachs

I used this product on my couch after my cat peed on it. The pee soaked through the seat cushions and through the base of the couch. After trying the less strong Natures Miracle, I purchased this product 2 days ago and resorted to soaking the affected cushion covers and couch base the Advanced product. The smell is so strong and persistent, I have been sick to my stomach for 2 days. If the smell doesn’t dissipate soon, I don’t know what I’ll do!

New Formula is Less Effective and SMELLS HORRIBLE

I used this for years and loved it. It didn't have a strong smell, and it worked like a dream. Today, my spray bottle was empty, so I purchased a new refill jug, and discovered that the formula has changed. The product now has a horrible added fragrance that lingers. I might put up with the smell if the product still completely eliminated other odors, as it used to. Unfortunately, it doesn't and I am still left with the smell of urine in addition to the product "fragrance." I will never purchase or recommend this product again.

Seems to be working

We have 16 indoor kitties who are all spayed or neutered, yet we experience a daunting daily cleaning chore. We have been using Nature's Miracle Cat Advanced Stain & Odor Remover for about two weeks and find that the kitties are not misbehaving as much and are not going back to the same spots to re-mark. It is non-toxic, so we can leave it on surfaces to continue to work and dry naturally. Finally, the scent is pleasant and it does remove stains.

Why added scent?

We've been using Nature's Miracle for years and were happy return customers. Why added scent when the whole point is to remove smells? My daughter and I are both very sensitive to added fragrances, so it makes me so sad that we can no longer use your product anymore. I have to cover my face now just to walk down a cleanser aisle and finding kitchen trash bags without some kind of added fragrance has been near impossible. Why the recent push to assault our senses????

Works great, but overpowering scent

It works really, REALLY well! I use it for all types of stains including wine stains on carpet and all biological stains in our clothes. It does the job, BUT..the fragrance is so overpowering that it almost makes me gag. If I use it on a laundry stain, I set the washer for an extra rinse to attempt to mitigate the smell, but even that doesn't calm it down very much. I hope that they eventually market an unscented version (like they used to do). I can see how it would discourage a cat from marking that territory in the future ...the cat would avoid the area to protect its sensitive nose! But, it seems that there must be a better way to eliminate odor and stains, discourage a cat and still save all of our olfactory senses.

trying to figure it out

Recently, our inside/outside cat has started urinating on our blankets and any clothing left on the floor. We have gone through several gallons of this and the oxy version doing laundry. I'm not sure we are using it correctly as I haven't found clear instructions to adding it to thew wash machine. But the end result is satisfactory to humans. The jury is still out about whether the felines can still smell their marks. The scent is strong, like essential oils, but not unpleasant. I'd love to hear some tips from other users for this scenario.

“Advanced” product has regressed

I bought this product when I couldn’t find the previous formula.Had used it but didn’t kill the scent the first time so applied a bit more the second treatment & my daughters room has smelled like this stuff for 2 months! It’s horrible.I’ve tried scent neutralizers & Hepa filters, while the scent is SLIGHTLY reduced it’s still smells horribly, like the product!AWESOME!!! <—-(sarcasm) I can get my satisfaction guarantee money back but, that doesn’t help that I will probably end up having to get my daughter a new mattress & hope that will cure the smell.Sad when you had a good product & in efforts to make it better, you’ve made the cure, different smelling but, as bad as theproblem you were trying to fix
