I'm a long-time Nature's Miracle user, but haven't had to use it for a while with my most recent cat. To my surprise the new formulation is WAAAAAY too stinky with fragrance. One of the main reasons I used Nature's Miracle is that it's just enzymes and no fragrance to cover up the smell. Not any more. It's god-awful. Now my house smells like barf and perfume. Please go back to the way it was before. Win us back.

I bought this due to having a multi-cat household and as most know cats have accidents as well as anyone, but once that accident happens they tend to revisit the area in question. So upon reading some reviews I was skeptical if it was just a waste of money. I have a gallon pressure sprayer so loaded up a gallon of this and hit the base boards and any areas that I was unsure of, since I don't have carpeting I just saturated everything, it had a strong aroma, more citrus at first, than the smells of cats (and possibly past animals) started to peak, but once it dried, everything was gone (given a couple of days). It worked a treat.

This product is awful. As many of the other reviews note, it smells worse than the urine. I couldn't get the smell out of the carpet after and had to get my carpets professionally cleaned twice. This company needs to take this awful smell out.

I used to love this product - it was amazing! It got rid of the cat urine smell and had a nice, delicate scent. Now they have added a fragrance to the product and it smells terrible! It's a very strong chemical fragrance smell, it doesn't work anymore, and it gives me a headache. I am VERY disappointed, as I was a faithful customer. I had to return the new bottle I bought and will not be buying again until the formula is changed back. Please change back to the original formula, or at least offer it as an option!
One of our cats has a problem and has urinated in our garage on unsealed concrete. I thought the odor was a lost cause, but we had a spray bottle of Nature's Miracle in the cupboard for dealing with other accidents and tried it on the garage floor. I am truly amazed at how well this worked. We did wash the floor first and then sprayed it with Nature's Miracle. Putting "Miracle" in a product name often disappoints, but this stuff truly is amazing!
They changed the formula, and my guess is it was to save money, due to supply issues with ingredients, or both. Works to get the stain out, does not neutralize the order enough my dog will not continue going in the same place. He's pretty young and learning but this isn't very helpful when people want the product to work as claimed, not a money back guarantee. I want the old product back that works and no hassles due to false claims. Anyone that used the old product knows, you put a new product in the old bottle and didn't so much as ask long time users anything. It also doesn't work on cat urine. Same deal, you changed the formula, now I have to go find something else to deal with either. I first bought this product after getting a almost brand new chair at a garage sale that I later learned had cat urine on it. I figured I had nothing to lose so I sprayed down he chair with water and drenched the chair with this product. It also rained. about a week later the chair had dried and the urine was gone. I brought it in the house and my cats did not bother it.
The scent of this newer formula is overpowering and just as noxious as the cat urine if not more. It gave my whole family headaches and it took several days to sufficiently air out the room in which it was used. Please bring back the lighter fragrance - or better yet, make it unscented! This is supposed to work by enzymes breaking down the odor, not by masking it with an equally strong smell!
I see many people talk about the horrible odor of your product now. I used NM for 12 years with my Lab. My last bottle ran out when I got my new rescue and when I received the new bottle I was completely disgusted with the smell it leaves in my house, and it does not dissipate that I can see. Why did you perfume the product when it was absolutely not necessary? PLEASE MAKE THE ORIGINAL FORMULA for those of us who do not want that perfumey smell on our rugs, furniture, and rags.Thank you.
My cat has been stressed and wet on my couch. The old formula worked better than this one. The scent is over powering and did not work at all. I've gone through 2 gallons with no order destroying results. I am going to try the Order Destroyer plus hoping this will work. I really liked the original formula, it worked and the scent was pleasant.
