I've just started using them, so I really can't give an opinion one way or the other. I've been eating a lot more vegetarian food, so I feel that B12 is something that could be of use to me.

I have recently stopped eating meat and dairy and it was suggested that I should take an active B12 supplement to ensure I am getting enough into my system. Just 1 tablet under the tongue a day, which seems to be working because I have not developed any problems in that area since making the dietary change.
I chose Nature's Own Activated Methyl B12 1000mcg - Vitamin B for Energy - 60 Mini Tablets because it contains Mecobalamin, an alternative form of Vitamin B12 supplement. The small tablet dissolves under the tongue for ready absorption. I notice that its price is coming down.
Despite having low B-12, these had zero effect for me. Perhaps this particular formulation of B-12 just isn't preferred by my body. It might be effective for you but I can't recommend it based on my experience.
This product is really good it dissolves quickly under your tongue and does not taste bad.I spent some time looking for this as I had run out and local stores where all out also, so I ordered on chemist warehouse online and got within days and was very happy with the price and how quick it came.
I sometimes take these as well as the other Nature's Own Vitamin B12 tablets. I don't eat meat so it is necessary for me to get adequate levels of B12.These are easy to take - just dissolve it in your mouth (after a meal), and the taste is great.I don't actually know for certain if they "work", but I have never had vitamin B12 deficiency. (I have had blood tests over the years). So I'd rather just keep taking them.
