I purchased this item for my Mother who suffers from rheumatoid, osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. I searched the internet for a pill that would help her and I found this. The Calcium, Magnesium and D3 are all good for the bones. I read that the Vitamin K2 benefits bone and heart health. I also take this pill. The downside to this pill it is very large. If you have trouble swallowing, you can purchase the product pill glide. Its a spray that helps swallowing. I found it on line at Walgreens.

I purchased this product for my parents. The size of the pills is a bit huge compared to others, but you will get accustomed to it. As to ingredients, they give you enough amount for daily intake I guess. Price-wise, it is not so expensive.

Good quality ingredient with enough vitamin d calcium magnesium for age. the package is big. there are good benefit to the health when you are old age with these supplement. helps with bone and improve your knee pain. the taste is tolerable and the combination of these vitamin and mineral is really good. helps with vitamin and calcium deficiency. only downside is you have to take 4 tablet which is sometimes not convenient.

It is my fault for not looking closely an noticing these are "tabs" instead of wafers. I had taken the chewable wafers before, which are vanilla flat and not too bad. These, however, are giant horse pills! Th red directions say to take 4 tabs daily, but it is all I can do to choke down 2 a day (don't want to waste them, since I had paid for them). The bottles for both look exactly alike - be sure to pay attention to what you are ordering!
I have been using it for 6 months to reinforce my bones with D3 and calcium and also to feel more relax and stress-resistant with magnesium and I feel really better now.D3 is also highly recommended to better resist to Covid.So I recommended it to my friends.
After reading through the other reviews, I felt compelled to write a review in defense of Nature Plus. I think it is an excellent product and an excellent value. Sure it is difficult to take four at once, but why would you want to anyway? Why not take two twice a day to give yourself a chance to absorb all of the nutrients and to spread out the benefit over the course of several hours. I love the product and think it is well conceived. I am disappointed that some reviewers are turned off on the product because of inconvenience. The calcium and magnesium daily requirements are huge and necessitates huge pills.
The pills are really too huge to swallow even for someone who usually prefers swallowing. Also 4 pills is needed which is really hard. Chewing it is also quite an unpleasant process which takes long
There are very few products on the market that have calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3 and K2 all together in one pill. The portions of each are ideal and the price is very reasonable. Could not do better. The quality of each ingredient is excellent, having just had a vitamin D and calcium test with no side effects. Will definitely be back for more...
The product itself is fine and met the desired criteria. However, the tablets are so large I was unable to swallow them. I've pulverized them and now mix it with something in order to ingest them. I would MUCH prefer smaller tablets, even if more are needed, and would also prefer them in capsule form which is much easier to swallow.
I buy this calcium supplement in order to get calcium that will be absorbed by my body. I split it into 2 separate doses as you can only absorb so much calcium at one time. I chose this after doing some in depth research about calcium, what you need to absorb calcium, etc...
