I've used these vitamins for years. The main thing I notice is that my nails grow faster and probably they keep my skin nice (along with my diet). I only take one instead of two because they are very strong. Either that, or don't take on an empty stomach. They don't have iron in them, so you'll need a supplement if you need iron.
I purchased this after reading positive reviews about it. I am African American and have relaxed hair. I am currently 16 weeks post. These vitamins are great. My new growth was really hard to manage before I began taking these vitamins. The texture of my hair has changed. My new growth is smooth and my hair strands are thicker and stronger. I am 66 years old with fine hair which I color to eliminate gray. I had begun to see sparseness at my hairline and started this product six months ago at half dosage and it really works. My hair is healthier and stronger and fuller. New growth started in a few weeks and I continue to see positive growth. The pill size could be a problem for some folks, but I haven't had one. Nor have I had a problem digesting it since I take it with a glass of water after breakfast in the morning. Expect to see very yellow urine in the bowl. I have been using this product for over 40 years. When I started, my hair was so thin, you could see through it and see my neck. Now, when I wash it, I can hardly get a comb through it!!
