First time trying this form of Magnesium and I must say there is definitely a difference. I take it once a day with supper and am liking it. It is helping my body, I find I'm craving less sweets and my appetite is lessened. Will purchase again.

This magnesium does the job. It helps me to sleep, and it has help me with joint and muscle pain. But I have sensitive stomach, so I can't use it everyday. It taste like nothing, and the size of the pill is easy to take.
After researching the many different types of magnesium (which can be a very daunting process) I think I've finally settled on glycinate as the most effective to add to my regime for anxiety and sleep. The size of these capsules is very manageable with no concernable taste. Save yourself from the hours of research and try out this brand!
I’m that person that has to take something to help me sleep, well I think I found it. I took one capsule at about 8pm, by 10pm I was fighting my sleep because I still had stuff to do and by 11pm. My body said no more. This is my first time taking it, but I’m hoping it also helps with extra energy too.
My roommate recommended this for sleep. And she wasn't wrong. I take it in the evenings. Once I wake up, I feel more so like I had a good night's rest. Even if I don't get a full 7 hrs.
I highly recommend this product. I use it as a supplement for neuropathy & foot cramps. Its still too early, so I dont know how well its working, but its a good supplement to take, anyway.
My daughter and I take magnesium glycinate for our migraines. When this brand was out of stock and we tried another, we both had a significant worsening of our migraines. Also, glycinate doesn’t upset my stomach like citrate. We take one pill twice per day.
I wouldn't buy them twiceNot only is there all kinds of fillers including gelatin, rice powder and magnesium oxide (which isn't something you want in your magnesium glycinate, you want pure magnesium glycinate, not the other less absorbable kinds, which is oxide) but it's only 29% of your daily value in one capsule.That means that not even three a day will provide you with 100% of your daily vitamins needs.I don't advertise that there is magnesium oxide in here and that's dangerous.I'm going back to Thorne or PURE encapsulations.Did your pens and prizes definitely should've tipped me off.This is a 20 day supply, despite having 60 pills
