Omega 3 is good to take as a very lovely tasting gummy as we all know fish oil tablets have an after taste. Gummies are delicious and a good way to increase much need fish oil.
On to our second container now. By far the best tasting vitamin. Tastes exactly like a lolly. 2-3 day. 114.4mg natural fish oil - equiv. to 25mg of EPA and 8.6mg of DHA.

Have been buying this product for many years. Checked ingredients and found it now contains Gluten! Previous product I have in cupboard doesn't have gluten. What is going on! Why does fish oil have to contain gluten.
