Alive multivitamins is an excellent choice , I have sometimes swapped and changed but always come back to this one, it gives me all the vitamins and minerals, plus a fantastic food base of fruits and vegetables, and it certainly does help my energy and more! I USED to buy Nature's Way Supplements for myself, my Family and recommend them to my clients. NO more! Although the sources are mostly Plant Based with Fruits, Vegetables and Minerals sources, Nature's Way spoils their products by using animal GELATIN in their TABLETS! I don't think I recall seeing any other manufactures' Tablets made with GELATIN (?) Certainly Tablets (and Capsules) can be made from all Plant sources. By using animal GELATIN in their products, Nature's Way has lost this Plant Based Family and (I'm sure) other Plant Based customers. C'mon, Nature's Way. Find other Plant source options for your Tablets and Capsules, and I might Buy your Products and recommend them to my Health Coaching clients. GOD BLESS US ALL!

I ordered these mostly for the biotin after a hair transplant I did but also just in case I have other vitamin deficiency.The pill is a bit big and hard to swallow without water.Digests fine but causes stomach aches if taken on an empty stomach.Very cost-effective.The only side effect is yellow-bright colored pee but it's normal for multivitamins in general.The container is a bit big for a pills container.The pills are green colored with dots.
I bought this for a friend while I got a different brand. She said that this item works for her really well. It doesn't have any weird taste and you only need 1 tablet per day which is very convenient. According to her, this does the job. She's feeling more healthy and energetic.
