I do not use table salt that contains iodine, and I know it's a necessary element, so this bladderwrack supplement adds quality iodine to my daily diet. Never had any negative symptoms from taking it, and I believe it's helping me stay healthy. Just one pill once a day supplies all the iodine I need. I wish iHerb had their own label of this item; maybe it's in development?
