Fenugreek seeds capsules is the best for me . The only capsules that I would never stop taking! It has a lot of health benefits,great for skin,hair,nails and women health. Especially for mothers who is breastfeeding! I love how they came up with capsules because I can’t stand the fenugreek powder. I’ve tried once to mix it and drink it and it was so bitter and thick! I’m glad these capsules exist and I don’t have to taste but still enjoy my daily vitamin😌

Effective!!

When I had my babies, I was told by my midwife to take Fenugreek for milk production. As I got older I was told to take Fenugreek for digestion. Through both stages of my life Fenugreek has saved the day for me! I’ve been a huge fan of Nature’s Ways products for a long time. It’s clean, high standard processing makes it highly effective as well as affordable!One of my favorite side benefits of Fenugreek is that it makes you smell sweet, like a natural deodorant with a sweetness to it. I’ve had so many people ask me what lotion or perfume I have on… none… I just take Fenugreek and smell amazing!

Good supplement

I am very happy with Nature's Way Fenugreek Seed supplement. I love how the square bottle fits in the cupboard without wasting space the way round bottles do. The super convenient flip lid on the bottle makes it quick and easy to dispense the capsules without dealing with screwing the lid off and back on. The capsules themselves are a nice medium size that makes them easy and comfortable to swallow. This is a high quality product with many design details that make it convenient, easy, and comfortable to use. I will definitely seek out the Nature's Way brand for my future supplementing needs.

Great brand, great supplement

Fenugreek Seed has several health benefits, personally I don't use it for lactation I use it more for its digestion properties and blood sugar benefits. It helps alot with my bothersome indigestion I can really tell. Its supposed to help with cholesterol levels so that's a fantastic bonus if so. Capsules go down pretty easy, no bad taste. They smell a little like syrup to me. I haven't experienced any type of negative side effects or issues, it's been all good things. I would definitely reccomend to any woman.

I've been struggling with some digestion issues lately, and I prefer to use natural remedies for my ailments. So when I discovered that Fenugreek could help in that area I was excited to try it! This Natures Way Fenugreek seed was just the thing I needed. It has helped a lot, with no noticeable side effects! Belly is feeling much better.

Help to keep a constant milk supply

I started taking fenugreek upon a recommendation from my lactation consultant. I was going back to work and I would be pumping and storing my milk. I started to slow up on my milk production. I was only making enough for 1 bottle at feeding time. Once I started taking the fenugreek my flow started to pick right up. The only thing I noticed was that I smelled like pancake syrup from taking the pills. I don’t think that’s a bad thing but some may not like it, other than that I highly recommend the pills if you are having lack of or low flow supply issues.

I tried replacing cats claw with this. It works for keeping my blood sugar down (prediabetic/type 2; self managed; no insulin), but it's not nearly as effective or long lived as cats claw. Still, if this is the more affordable option for you, it's worth buying because it DOES work. You just may have to take it more often or in greater amounts than it indicates.I would HIGHLY recommend this or cats claw combined with cinnamon. Cinnamon helps maintain normal blood sugar levels once you get it down to normal with the fenugreek or cat's claw. None of these supplements will replace your need for reduced sugar intake - but if you give in to temptation, they certainly help the symptoms be less intense, if they happen at all. However, we all know sometimes you gotta do what you can without, because healthcare is expensive in this country. 🤷‍♀️ In my experience though, this is likely to be only effective for MILD blood sugar problems. If I ever find an insulin replacement though, I will certainly be blowing up the internet with it lol.
