Posting my review after a few weeks taking these. They certainly aid my daily digestive upsets and nausea however they do have a bit of a weird taste to them... However, do you suffer from Menorrhagia, severe anemia and or blood loss? This is not talked about as much as it should. The ones that get it, get it! I take these once a day and have noticed improvement in my blood cell counts. Which has resulted in inproved energy level(s).

Ginger is something I take daily both as a hot drink and also in capsules. The main reason for the capsules is if you take ginger with other nutritional products it can increase the effectiveness of the other ingredients. This is similar to formulas that add bioperine (black powder extract) to increase the bioavailability of turmeric/curcumin and one of the reasons I take it daily. And like turmeric, ginger is effective in reducing inflammation, swelling and pain. It is also known to help with nausea for those who get car sick or traveling by plane. All in all, an excellent health addition at a very affordable price.

OverviewUsesSide EffectsPrecautionsInteractionsDosingReviews (74)OverviewGinger (Zingiber officinale) is a plant native to Asia. The ginger spice comes from the roots of the plant. It's used as a food flavoring and medicine. Ginger contains chemicals that might reduce nausea and swelling. These chemicals seem to work in the stomach and intestines, but they might also help the brain and nervous system to control nausea. People commonly use ginger for many types of nausea and vomiting. It's also used for menstrual cramps, osteoarthritis, diabetes, migraine headaches, and other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support many of these uses. There is also no good evidence to support using ginger for COVID-19.

i got these because i saw a tiktok that they can help with migraines in place of a triptan. sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. it's worth trying though as it's a lot cheaper than the triptans. i take two tablets when my migraine starts and probably like 50% of the time i don't need the triptan and this is enough. it will absolutely give you heartburn especially if you haven't eaten anything but it only lasts about an hour.
Great product, superior quality and fantastic price. I purchased a second one to give to my significant other as the product has been so beneficial in aiding digestion and energy levels!Nature way has fantastic quality products. Also, package arrived on time and wrapped nicely. Highly recommended!
I saw some reels of my favorite blogger where she recommended these capcules of ginger root for cleaning stomach. So I followed her advice, bought it first time. I tested since end of July 2020. It works very nice! I had some issues with stomach and now I do poop every day. It seems the roots cleans the stomach well. Before that time I went only 2- 3 times per week.
