Packaging seems good quality. I was excited to try out these enzymes because I recently developed a sensitivity to dairy at age 23. I haven’t been able to have any non “lactose free” dairy products, a lot of my favorite foods. Serving dose of these is 1-3 capsules. I still have symptoms of intolerance after using these- less after I realized 3 capsules works for about half a serving of dairy. I have to take 3 if there is a slice of cheese on something and I still have symptoms they’re just slightly more manageable. Hope this helps!

I don't see any discomfort and consuming this tablets. combine the dosage to my digestive enzyme it is still below the average level.. anyway it does not harm your stomach but it does help to relieve some discomfort but I would suggest that you can combine with other digestive enzyme to better help your stomach problemremarks, never combine digestive enzymes together with medications such as omeprazole . This will abrupt your bloatiness. should you need to take please separate at least 2 hours for these two medication

I was suffering from lactose intolerance-related issues for a while, until I finally decided to look into the possible solutions, since doctors in Japan couldn't really suggest anything helpful.This kind of changed my life (lol)Getting Korean food and not worrying about not being able to sleep properly without having gases - is no more!Great product (a bit pricey, since you have to consume 3 at a time, but definitely worth it!)
I have been using lactase enzymes for the past couple of years. They allow me to continue enjoying foods containing dairy content.Pros:Good value for moneyHigh enzyme content (be sure to check you get 9000 units per pill)Cons:The capsules are a bit bulky and difficult to carry around. Alternative brands offer much flatter tablets and even a small carry box.* as for the effect on digestion I guess it's a try and see case. Some may still experience some unpleasantness and I recommend monitoring what you eat and whether the pill was sufficient.
