Nature's Way Magnesium, Gel + Arnica is a fragrance-free topical gel that has been specifically formulated with the traditional ingredient Arnica, plus added Magnesium and White Turmeric. It is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to help relieve symptoms of muscle sprains and strains, mild joint pain and inflammation, and bruise pain and soft tissue trauma. The gel is non-staining and contains White Turmeric. For adults, apply 5g (approximately 1 teaspoon) to the affected area and massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
