Vegan omega-3 supplement which has 1000 mg omega-3 in one tea spoon. The taste is quite sweet and berrylike, not like traditional fish oil taste. I have tried the other flavor too, strawberry orange, but I prefer this cranberry taste. And this one has more omegas too!

not bad taste. I chose this as it is not fish oil as omega 3 can be fishy time to time. I like the fact that it is plant based so that I can avoid any environmental garbage that fish these days could be taking in.. I know it is unavoidable but still would like to mitigate it somehow

I was recommended an Omega-3 supplement by my naturopathic doctor. I like this option because it's vegan! A bit pricey, but you only need one teaspoon per day. I appreciate the extra strength version's smaller packaging due to it being more "concentrated" than the regular kind. It works out economically, as well.
I needed a way to get easy omega-3’s into my vegan daughter. This liquid can be taken straight (a teaspoon a day) or added to meals, like cereal or smoothies. Just don’t add to hot foods or heat it up as omega’s are heat sensitive. I assume Natures Way is quality and it’s great having omega supps without fish nowadays. Great for the whole family too, and they flavour them nicely too.
The fish oil has a very strong smell and unpleasant taste. Even when taken with coffee, it’s still hard to swallow. The cranberry orange is completely lost in the fish oil . Have not seen any benefit yet but certainly not buying this again .
My first time taking DHA in oil form. I think it will be fine once I overcome the disconnection between the fruity smell vs the lack of taste and oiliness. High quality product with high DHA content per dose.
