Great product for a reasonable price. I've used another brand named Magnesium, which is much pricier and did not notice much difference. Once I started taking this one again, I felt calmer and more balanced so am going to stick with this. I notice the difference when my partner takes it as well.

I have a healthy organic vegan diet, but I am aware that certain minerals and vitamins can be lacking in those who avoid meat and dairy. These tablets provide a good range of minerals which work together in tandem. I take them alongside Vitabiotics Ultra Vitamin D3 tablets, and together they provide a great bone-strengthening supplement.
Please fix the Usage information on this page. These tablets are NOT chewable. I only purchased as I thought they were. Much larger than regular tablets. I literally have to psych myself up to swallow these and then pray they don't get stuck...
Since taking these I have noticed a general improvement in the quality of my sleep. They are big but if taken with water it's fine. I take them before bed and sometimes being lazy I try and take both together and occasionally that can be difficult but taking one at a time with a mouthful of water is not an issue, they are roughly 2cmx0.7cm.
Heard from someone working in the health field you're not supposed to take Calcium and Magnesium together at the same time, something to do with absorption rates. Do Natures Aid make separate calcium & magnesium that I could take rather?
Hopefully it will help prevent Ostio parosis and bone injuries as I have been taking this product for about 7 years.....
These seem to be aimed at equines rather than humans. Whenever I can persuade myself to take one I gag on it and quite regularly choke on it as well. Breaking them in half is no solution as you'd just end up with rough edges. Suggestion for makers of calcium tabl;ets: make them half the size with recommended dose of two at a time. These are virtually unswallowable no matter how much water you try to drown them in.
Far to big and I dont normally have problems taking tablets. Gave them to my mum. She had the same problem. She gave them to a neighbour who couldnt take them either so she gave them to her mum who ended up putting them in the bin!!
