In addition, well, they just taste great (a simulated raspberry flavor, but still tasty) and are sooo much easier to ingest, vs. pills. There are 30 total servings at the recommended dosage. So, you’ll get roughly a month’s worth out of one container.Recommended?: I have no reservations recommending Nature’s Bounty brand supplements. Like I said, they’re one my family’s go-to brands when considering supplements. With a great close-to-raspberry flavor, in an easy to consume gummy, that will up my daily magnesium intake, they’ll definitely work for me. I used to take a magnesium supplement in the past, but they were kind of unpleasant to be able to swallow (they were pills, not gummies & they were on the larger side).. But I have come to the realization that for me to actually remember to take my supplements & vitamins, I need to find them in a gummy form that I enjoy. Yes, I am an "adult", not a child. Yes I know its a shame, haha. But that's just what works for me. So I have been trying to find the vitamins & minerals that I used to take and/or want to add to my regimen so I can switch over to taking them in a gummy form that I like. Because when they are in a gummy form that I like, I am more easily able to not only take them in general but more able to REMEMBER to take them as well. So I was worried about the texture these might have because I am also very particular about taste and textures. But I was pleasantly surprised that the texture isn't as rough or gritty as I imagined it might be. The raspberry flavor is also wonderful!!! These aren't too hard or too firm and they aren't too tacky/sticky like some gummies can be. (Like some of the gummies i have tried are extremely sticky and they end up severely sticking to my teeth so they are a hit hard to get down). I didn't have any of those issues with these. They are a great choice for anyone wanting or needing a magnesium supplement. And even greater choice for people like me who prefer gummies or have a hard time swallowing pills/tablets. I definitely recommend!

The great thing about it is now I get a great taste and flavor that makes it even easier to take a supplement. I have always incorporated magnesium into my daily supplement routine, especially with the workout routine I follow. The taste is great and does not leave a weird after taste that some other brands can have when taking gummies. No issues with upset stomach or bloating or gas which can happen with some supplements making it top on my list of gummy supplements.
