I swear by these vitamin c vitamins. A little expensive but worth the money. I typically buy the 90count bottles. Get my moneys worth out of it and less trips to the store. Whenever I take my daily dose of vitamin C, I feel energized, and overall healthy. If I'm starting to feel like I'm getting a cold or sick, I will take 2 per day. Within a couple of days, I feel back to good again. I would purchase these again for sure and I highly recommend this brand.

These pills have ascorbic acid which will make your mouth hurt if you suck on these pills. Acidity of tablets caused some problems.

I was running out of my regular vitamin c when I saw the cheaper price of this brand, so I decided to try it. After using Nature's Bounty kind (just 1 tablet a day) a few times, I started to get really bad indigestion. I thought it was something that I ate even though I wasn't eating anything that could trigger it. It wasn't until my I felt pain in my bladder that I figured out it was the acidity of the tablets that was causing me discomfort. Too much acidity in my diet aggravates my body in different ways and even the sour coating on the tablets bothers my esophagus. Once I stopped taking these tablets, the pain and indigestion stopped immediately. I bought my regular brand that is non-acidic and will only purchase that kind from now on.

I don’t usually take vitamin C from supplements as I just rely on my daily intake of fruits like citrus and others. Recently, I’ve decided to take vitC supplements from Nature’s Bounty, and I’m surprised with the effects I’ve been feeling, I’ve felt more fit since taking them and no negative side effects. The first time I tried it, I took them without water and it tasted like a super sour lemon with a neutral smell. The sourness level is just super high, for me this validates that the supplement contains a good deal of vitamin C! Good purchase and at a good price as well!

Non-Coated Tablet

I should have paid closer attention. I'm one to swallow pills often without water. I can hardly swallow these with water. They are a powder coating and I prefer a smooth coating. They don't go down very well. I have no way of knowing if the Vit. C itself is doing it's job. It is a Covid recommended pill.

Worth It A

I love Nature's Bounty Vitamin C because I feel regenerated.The body needs 75 mg of vitamin c per day as your daily value.I take only one per week due to the milligram size.Having had a Hysterectomy my body does not absorb the necessary amounts needed like it did before surgery, no matter how much I eat or drink. Taking Nature's Bounty has kept my body from being stiff, sore and gives me an overall feeling of wellness like I had before the surgery. It gave me my life back.
