The quality is excellent and I was happy to have found this high dose MK4 vitamin K2. MK4 specifically (as opposed to MK7) is said to help with myelin repair, so that's why I bought it. Packaging and delivery was excellent.
I like the small size and the large mk-4 amount (as most k-2 is sold in much smaller amounts)Another company for those seeking even higher doses is Life Extension with 45mg.As it absorption - hard to say.

I bought the exactly this K2 because is MK4 variant which is the better form for most people. It was the most concentrated that I could find MK4. I am taking it especially because My D turned to be low, and as we most know you need to take K2 as well. It is better to be separate from vit D and taken few hours away as well.
