I have used this off and on for years .Great gentle detox and a natural product rather use this than anything like senna .Highly recommended.

Itās a great product because it does just what it is advertised to do which is help keep your colon clean gently and effectively.
Best stuff there is when you need to go. I unfortunately have to take Tramadol which has a ābinding upā effect but nothing else eases my severe neuropathy pain. A good diet helps but it is not always quite enough on occasion.
This is effective in that I'm able to pass a movement but the output is unfortunately so explosive and dramatic that it is not pleasant at all. I do not pass a normal formed stool.
I've put a few people onto this product after my natropath gave them to my 11yo. She says that it's very effective and the others agree. She took it at 4pm and worked within a few hours. Very gentle and didn't cause tummy cramps.
