It has an Orchard Fruits Garden Veggies Powder Blend - 60 mg fruit veggie powder. It has a Cardio Blend, Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex, CranRx Cranberry (fruit) Concentrate (helps with UTIs), Daily Greens Blend, Flax Lignan/Fiber Blend (flax is good for mood), Inositol, Digestive Enzyme Blend, Rutin, and Lutein (good for eyes). Plus it has all the vitamins and minerals your heart can desire. All in one easy to swallow, flavorless and odorless (not so little) tablet. There are 60 tablets in a bottle, so one bottle is a 2-month supply, which is more than fair. The container is dark to protect contents and easy to open. They are not vegetarian, they do have gelatin. I notice a difference on days when I don’t take these, they do work, I love what they’re doing for my metabolism. I have more balanced mood and I feel more energetic.The brand is supposed to be very good, and these don’t disappoint but you need to take them long term to really reap the benefits. One bottle will still boost your energy and health. The bottle says these are not for men or children.

High potency complete multivitamin.

These vitamins are very good. You only have to take once daily, they aren't too big, no aftertaste or stomach problems. They're a complete multivitamin with an added "Orchard fruits and Garden Veggies Powder Blend", which is different from other multivitamins I've taken in the past. They've got ingredients that help eye, brain, skin, bone, immune, heart health and cellular energy. Lots of B vitamins. I like that I don't have to take a separate copper, biotin or manganese vitamin because those are included. They're gluten, soy, wheat and dairy free.I try to eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but really appreciate the addition of the "Orchard fruits and Veggies Powder" to fill in any gaps. The price is great for such a complete vitamin.

I recently mentioned to my doctor that I had started taking these vitamins. It was a phone consult, so I wasn’t able to show him the label. He asked me the dosage of Vitamin D in them, and I told him 50 mcg, which equals 2000 IU (or "international units.”) I am 62 years old. He advised me that I could continue taking the vitamins if I wished to, but that in his opinion, the amount of vitamin D in these supplements was too high for daily consumption. The Mayo Clinic recommends the daily maximum dosage for people aged 1 to 70 years as 600 IU, which is 15 mcg, and for people 70 years and older 800 IU, which equals 20 mcg.Again, he didn’t outright tell me to stop taking the vitamins; he just advised me that this is a very high dosage of vitamin D to be ingesting daily. ... MoreI recently mentioned to my doctor that I had started taking these vitamins. He encouraged me to do my own research on the subject. After doing some research, I have decided to stop taking these supplements. I wish I could continue taking them, as I think other than the level of vitamin D they contain, they are an excellent vitamin/supplement for the price. But I do get a good deal of vitamin D from my diet and sun exposure daily, and after reading up as my doctor suggested on vitamin D supplementation, I am not comfortable taking this high a dosage. Ive been taking these for almost a year now and absolutely love them. I was a person that needed to consume at least 1-2 energy drinks to get through the day and I almost never drink them anymore. It truly gives me the energy I need without any icky side effects like energy drinks give you. Also, my 16 yr old son told me recently that he was feeling sluggish and had no idea why ( he eats ok, but probably too much junk. And he gets plenty of sleep) so i bought him the men’s version and he said he feels much better and takes them every day on his own.As far as a few negatives Ive seen in reviews let me help you out.
