I’ll definitely continue on with them, hope to see improvement in workout recovery and prevent any injuries as my bones will be stronger, while also preventing muscle cramps. I’ve been studying so much on magnesium in the benefits that has for your body as you get older, even actually for my children who I’ve actually started taking this as well. It feels kind of ridiculous taking 3 of these large pills every day. I take them at night before bed so I don't get nauseated from them. I had been on 400mg of Magnesium for migraines before I started taking these, so I was interested to see how my migraines fared with the reduction to 250mg. About a week after I started taking them, I noticed my headaches becoming more frequent. I believe this is due to the lower dosage of magnesium. I plan to tough it out and finish this bottle, but I don't plan on repurchasing. I'll just have to find a calcium supplement on its own. Hopefully one that doesn't require taking so many pills at a time.

I received a bottle of NATURES WAY Calcium Magnesium 100 capsules for FREE from Influenster in exchange of my honest review. I have been taking them every morning and night as prescribed on the bottle. I'm hoping to see a change in my body and health. I've spoke with my Dr a few months prior and she mentioned I try magnesium supplements so I'm hoping this works. I'll definitely keep you posted. These capsules are easy to swallow but they are a bit big. Also, I'm not too good with capsules because if u don't drink enough water and lay down immediately the capsule opens up in ur throat leaving u w a bitter taste for about 24 hrs. Other than that, they are fine.

I love taking vitamins daily, since sometimes I have a diet poor in minerals and I like to supplement with good vitamins. Nature's way calcium and magnesium is an excellent option for me since you have two of the most important minerals to feel better. It helps me with the health of my bones, muscle function and dental health. I like to have two with breakfast and two with dinner. Magnesium at night relaxes me and helps me sleep better. The capsules are still big and there are 100 in the bottle, enough to last a whole month. What I like about this brand is that it has no artificial colors or flavors and it is gluten free. I will continue taking it and would buy it again because it is good for my health.

A nice blend but a lot of pills per day

I take calcium and zinc daily and was excited to try this supplement with its additional magnesium as I’ve heard magnesium supports good sleep. I have slept well, though I’m not sure that’s attributable to the supplement or me actually going to sleep at a decent hour lol. I appreciate that there is no distinguishable taste or smell to the vitamins. My main complaint is that these are capsules, which I find difficult to swallow as they float in water and swish around in my mouth when I try to drink them down so I kind of choke. Tablets would be much better. Also, reformulating these to where I didn’t have to take six total pills in a day would be ideal as that feels egregious in addition to everything else I already take.

Since your body can only absorb one at a time, most prenatals are lacking in calcium to allow the body to absorb iron. Due to the absorption conflict, I take this in the morning and my prenatal at night. The dosage on the bottle says to take it twice a day, but since my prenatal does have some calcium and magnesium in it (just not enough), I am taking it once a day to add to the amounts my prenatal give me without going above recommended amounts as too much magnesium can be toxic.In terms of the pills themselves, they are easy to swallow and I haven't noticed any side effects. My only complaint is having to take 3 pills at each dose, but other brands I found which had the 500 mg calcium and 250 mg magnesium that I was looking for had many complaints about the pill size, so I opted to go for more easy-to-swallow pills than 1 pill that is hard to swallow. I am able to take 2 of these pills in one swallow.(I am not a doctor and have made my choice based on personal research and consultation with my doctor regarding my prenatals. I would recommend asking a doctor before you choose a dosage, but if you are advised to take a 500 mg calcium/ 250 mg magnesium supplement, I do recommend this one).

Great as an overall health vitamin. You won’t need anything else

Do I’ve actually used these many times before. So when I received these I was very excited I especially use them when there are seasonal changes or my body feels so tired but I’m not actually getting rest at night. I feel like these have been very effective for my immune system regulating it in those days when you feel like you’re on the verge of a cold. They are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. Which is big for me because this is usually the reason I can’t do multivitamins. I personally would get these for the fall seasons especially!
